Defensa y Justicia es un equipo chico que logró lo impensado, aunque hay que reconocerle que viene logrando un espacio destacado entre la miríada de equipos que hoy disputan torneos importantes en el fútbol argentino. El equipo de Florencio Varela logró en un vibrante 3-0 alzar su primer trofeo profesional de la mano del talentoso Hernán Crespo, ex delantero de River y de Parma.

Hernán Crespo, un tipo emotivo, que al terminar el partido fue corriendo a abrazar a su familia, tiene más que merecido este título, ya que lo instala como un técnico ganador en Argentina y le abre la posibilidad de dirigir equipos más grande. Aunque por ahora pareciera que va a seguir al frente de Defensa y Justicia.

Así, de la mano de este ganador, el «halcón» como se conoce al popularmente al equipo de Varela, logró su primer título en el estadio Mario Kempes, en la provincia de Córdoba por un amplio 3-0 en una tarde que fue perfecta de principio a fin. Y por si fuera poco, logró además ser el quinto campeón invicto de esta copa, logró que antes habían alcanzado equipos como el Inter de Porto Alegre, Universidad de Chile, San Pablo y River.

Defensa y Justicia es un equipo que esta empezando a demostrar potencia, y ha sorprendido a más de uno en el torneo de primera. Este primer logro de seguro abrirá la puerta para ir por más, tiene un excelente equipo y un gran técnico que todavía no ha demostrado toda esa capacidad que como jugador supo tener, pero ha empezado por algo, coronar a un modesto equipo en campeón de una copa sudamericana no es poco mérito para el gran «valdanito» Crespo.
