Para el senador kirchnerista Mayans: “En pandemia no hay derechos”

Mayans dijo lo que piensan, y lo que muchos ciudadanos sospechamos desde hace tiempo. Se han arrogado el derecho de decidir sobre nuestras libertades individuales, garantizadas por nuestra constitución, y pandemia o no, son imprescriptibles e inalienables. Pero para el senador del Frente de Todos, los derechos consagrados en la Carta Magna no sirven de nada en este tiempo de covid, y con este argumento pretende defender las violaciones a los derechos humanos de su amigo Insfrán.

La expresión de José Mayans, quien por sus dichos tiránicos debería renunciar a ocupar una banca en un espacio de la democracia, ya que descree de la misma, no es más que la expresión desbordada y desbocada de un kirchnerismo que hace rato perdió la senda de la cordura y el dialogo. Por el contrario, han inaugurado el camino de un gobierno dictatorial, donde ya no impera el estado de derecho, sino lo que desea su majestad “la reina” Cristina, y la política no se decide en Casa Rosada, sino en el Instituto Patria.

Por eso el kirchnerismo, cual gremio medieval, sale a defender corporativamente a Insfrán, y de paso aprovechan la verborragia del impresentable de Mayans para comunicarnos que nuestros derechos están caducos por un virus. Si no fuera senador, José debería dedicarse a la comedia.

Lo de Mayans es vergonzoso, pero más vergonzoso aún es que las figuras políticas de relevancia no se hayan pronunciado al respecto y salir a contestar este ataque a la democracia y a las libertades y derechos de los ciudadanos argentinos. También es llamativo el silencio de los organismos de derechos humanos, las agrupaciones piqueteras y los colectivos de actrices y actores que suelen opinar de todo, pero ahora, guardan un manto de silencio que preocupa. ¿Estarán de acuerdo con el senador?

Para el kirchnerista Mayans, las decisiones de su amigo Insfrán “es una estrategia que han dictado los profesionales”. Menuda interpretación de una recomendación de aislamiento. Al menos, ninguno de los que conformamos este diario, hemos leído ninguna recomendación de infectólogos en donde se diga que la gente tiene que estar hacinada, sin contacto con el exterior, sin agua y encarceladas durante días para evitar la pandemia. Tal vez, porque en nuestra raíz entendemos la democracia como un ejercicio de responsabilidad y no como un acto de demagogia barata.

Hasta ahora, solo la oposición al oficialismo se ha hecho escuchar y ha salido a criticar estas declaraciones autoritarias: “Tiene una confusión importante, igual que cuando trata de dar clases de mayorías y minorías desde una provincia que viene abusando de la mayoría para modificar las instituciones y perpetuarse en el poder”, señaló el senador Lousteau.

Por el momento, el pedido de intervención federal no prosperaría en el Congreso, porque el oficialismo es reacio a pegarle a los amigos. No obstante, la presión popular se esta convirtiendo en un dolor de cabeza para el presidente y su entorno, en dónde también se señala el fastidio de Cristina con este tema, ya que pareciera habérseles escapado de las manos como tantos otros.
