Mendoza: fuerte repudió al presidente por no incluir a la provincia en su viaje protocolar a Chile
Las relaciones internacionales no pueden partidizarse porque representan a todos los argentinos
Existe una regla no escrita en las relaciones diplomáticas que encara cualquier país con otros, en dónde las disputas domésticas se quedan en casa, y la posición que adopta un país es la que mejor representa a todos sus ciudadanos. Pero el presidente parece olvidarlo, y en su viaje a Chile, donde hoy se entrevistará con Piñera, dejó afuera del viaje al gobernador de Mendoza, provincia que tiene los vínculos económicos, sociales y culturales más sólidos con el país avecino, amén de tener el paso más usado entre uno y otro país.
Pero no fue un descuido accidental del protocolo gubernamental, sino que fue un acto deliberado de la “banda” que gobierna el país, y eligieron no invitar al gobernador Rodolfo Suárez porque no es de los amigos, sino más bien es crítico, así como toda la provincia, de las políticas nefastas que impulsa el actual oficialismo nacional.
De la delegación oficial que visitará Chile participaran cuatro gobernadores de los once que comparten algún límite fronterizo con el país transandino. En ellos, acompañaran al presidente, Raúl Jalil (Catamarca), Ricardo Quintela (La Rioja), Gustavo Sáenz (Salta) y Sergio Uñac (San Juan).
Asimismo, también asistirá al viaje oficial la primera dama, Fabiola Yáñez; el jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero; el ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional y Culto, Felipe Solá; el ministro de Defensa, Agustín Rossi; el ministro de Salud, Ginés González García; el secretario general de la Presidencia, Julio Vitobello; el secretario de Comunicación y Prensa, Juan Pablo Biondi y la asesora presidencial, Cecilia Nicolini. Sólo faltan Dylan y la guitarra de Alberto y cartón lleno.
Esta falta de tacto presidencial era algo que los mendocinos no se esperaban, y menos aún que sintieran la discriminación que les hizo el gobierno nacional, tal como expusieron en un comunicado, del Frente Mendoza, en donde denunciaron “discriminación” desde la Casa Rosada. “Asombrosamente acompañarán a la comitiva oficial únicamente gobernadores del Frente de Todos, dejando afuera de este primer y trascendental encuentro, entre otras, a la provincia de Mendoza”, detallaron en el escrito.
El mismo documento agrega que la provincia “sufre desde el inicio de la gestión una encarnizada discriminación, tanto en el reparto de fondos -siendo la provincia que menos recursos recibe por habitante- o en la obstaculización y traba de obras señeras y emblemáticas para el desarrollo económico, turístico y energético, como Portezuelo del Viento”. En Mendoza están muy enojados con la actitud presidencial, incluso señalan que no hay excusas para lo que hizo, y rompe con todas las lógicas de diplomacia y de la convivencia democrática federal, ya que, desde la Casa Rosada en lugar de promover el acercamiento, se “castiga” a quienes piensan diferente a la actual gestión. Definitivamente, no volvieron mejores.
