Derechos humanos, inflación, pandemia y disputas internas, los desafíos de Alberto de cara a octubre

Estamos a las puertas de la larga para la carrera electoral de octubre, y la agenda presidencial se encuentra más turbulenta que nunca. Por ahora se encamina hacia un inicio de año marcado por fuertes presiones internas que le van marcando la cancha y de las que le resulta difícil despegarse, más allá de que decida hacerse el distraído, como es el caso de los Derechos Humanos en Formosa, y el pedido de liberación de los acusados por corrupción, que le traen más de un dolor de cabeza al presidente. En el plano externo, de cara a la sociedad y la oposición, las críticas se centran en el mal manejo de la gestión de las vacunas, la pésima comunicación y una inflación que no para de crecer, aunque el gobierno diga lo contrario.

La semana que nos deja ha sido intensa, arrancando por las violaciones a los Derechos Humanos en Formosa, en donde el gobierno hizo el show de enviar observadores para sostener a Insfrán, y de paso no perder ante los propios el “prestigio” sobre una temática, que se inició con la bajada de un cuadro, en el gobierno de Néstor Kirchner, y desde ese momento ha sido una bandera propiedad del progresismo kirchnerista. Pero lo sucedido está semana ponía en riesgo todo, con una militancia atenta a lo que pasaba, y una sociedad expectante ante la posibilidad, al menos planteada, de una intervención de la provincia, y fue necesario montar un circo para evitar la vergüenza de defender lo indefendible. El recurso ya es conocido, apelar a la pandemia, y culpar a otros de los errores ajenos.

Pero este tema también ha dejado un saldo positivo. El núcleo duro se ha fortalecido, porque quedo claro que los organismos de Derechos Humanos y los colectivos de actores y actrices, tan afectos a las muestras públicas de solidaridad ante hechos como estos, guardaron silencio, y se encolumnaron sin dudarlo detrás de la coalición gobernante.

El otro tema interno que le trae dolores de cabeza al presidente, y del que difícilmente pueda desprenderse, es el de solucionar la situación procesal y judicial de los llamados “presos políticos” de la corrupción: De Vido, Boudou, D´Elia y la jujeña Milagro Sala, que esta semana, avalados por el Instituto Patria, no dejaron de cargar contra el presidente. Eso sí, se cuidaron de apuntar sus críticas contra el Instituto Patria, tal vez porque desde allí emana hoy el poder real en Argentina, y desde donde salen las directivas para cercar a un Alberto cada vez más solo.

En el plano externo, el tema central sin duda fue la inflación. El tema de la carne dejo al descubierto la falta de ideas del oficialismo para parar una situación cada vez más acuciante, y en lugar de empezar a tomar el toro por las astas volvieron a la vieja receta del populismo k: control de precios y relato. El problema es que ya no alcanza ni con uno ni con lo otro. Las medidas anunciadas para vender cortes populares a un precio muy por debajo de lo que se encuentra en cualquier carnicería tendrá, además de bajo impacto en los consumidores, poco rebote en el proceso inflacionario.

El problema en esto es el enfoque. Se parte de la idea de que los culpables se encuentran en la industria cárnica, que exporta y no quiere vender a precios locales, cuando en realidad lo que sucede es que hay faltante de carne porque no hay animales. Lo que se exporta es lo que no se consume en el país, por eso apelar al relato de la lucha les esta siendo una sábana corta, no logran convencer a nadie y no resuelven el problema.

Algo similar sucede con el manejo de la pandemia, se han posicionado como los adalides del cuidado, y sin embargo se les fue de la mano. Pero la mayor traba para avanzar en esto es la propia torpeza del gobierno que comunica para la tribuna. Realiza anuncios que a las claras no va a poder cumplir y eso lo deja en off side constantemente. Hace unos meses teníamos a disposición 20 millones de vacunas, que prometían ser la salvación porque se iba a inmunizar a un cuarto de la población. Hoy no sabemos siquiera si se van a poder vacunar los docentes para que comience el ciclo lectivo, y encima con una vacuna que tiene más detractores que seguidores.

Aunque el relato oficial se base en fotos de referentes vacunándose y llamando a la población a hacerlo, lo cierto es que la gente aún le tiene desconfianza a la vacuna rusa. Y en el medio todos los descalabros que esto le trae, desde la discusión sobre el comienzo del ciclo lectivo, hasta el propio desgaste de la palabra presidencial que es quien siempre comunica promesas que nunca llegan. Esta semana iban a entrar 600 mil dosis, que se anunciaron con la épica que caracteriza a la coalición gobernante, y el “flete de la vida” sólo pudo traer 200 mil. Este tipo de anuncios son los que siempre dejan mal parado al propio presidente, que es a la vez vocero y escudo de sí mismo.

De aquí a marzo se va a echar la suerte de las elecciones, de alguna manera, la población viene siguiendo estos temas con atención, y el aquietar las aguas o profundizar la discusión y la discordia interna es tarea propia del oficialismo. Porque la realidad es que la oposición crece no por mérito propio sino por las debilidades y las políticas erráticas del Frente de Todos. Están haciendo todo por perder y lo curioso es que la oposición, en sus diversas variantes no lo ayuda, tan sólo se limita a unos cuantos grititos sobre algunos temas, pero no mucho más. Es el propio frente gobernante el que está dilapidando sus chances para octubre, y parece ser más efectivo en esto que la oposición.
