Emprender en un momento desfavorable como el de una pandemia es siempre un gran valor, no sólo por los riesgos, sino porque se pone en juego el espíritu de mejora que hace andar la rueda. Más aún en este contexto de aislamiento, dónde la incertidumbre es moneda corriente. Por este motivo, estamos decididos a apoyar, desde nuestro espacio, a todos aquellos emprendedores de la provincia, porque son ellos los que generan empleo, la luchan día a día y contribuyen al progreso de todos los puntanos.

Hoy le toca a MACACHA BAR, ubicado en la localidad de Potrero de Los Funes, provincia de San Luis , y para ello entrevistamos a sus dueños Diego y Marilina, quiénes inauguraron el bar hace apenas unos meses, el 9 de octubre.

¿Cuál es la propuesta gastronómica de Macacha?

«Nos enfocamos en clientes a los que les guste escuchar buena música, comer rico y tomar unas buenas pintas. Es un lugar multifacético, donde se puede disfrutar tanto con tu grupo familiar como con amigos», nos cuenta Diego, y se lo nota feliz de poder tener abierto el bar después de una año muy difícil. Además, estamos en plena temporada, y esperan poder seguir trabajando tan bien como hasta ahora para que le emprendimiento siga creciendo.

Quiénes visiten Macacha se van a encontrar con «un espacio rústico y acogedor, con música de todos los estilos, pero mayormente tipo deep house. Contamos con un menú totalmente casero donde podes disfrutar de variedad de pizzas, milanesas, papas rústicas. empanadas. hamburguesas y picadas. Tenemos menú infantil, y nuestras propuesta vegetariana, MACACHA VEGGIE-«, sonríe Marilina muy orgullosa por todo lo que vienen logrando en estos meses.

Pero la estrella de la noche es la cerveza artesanal que se ofrece en este bar que mezcla, exquisitamente, lo moderno y lo rústico, para producir un ambiente ameno y divertido: «Queremos distinguirnos con buena cerveza artesanal de la mano de nuestros amigos de LATERNE, que nos ofrecen diferentes variedades pero sin dejar de lado a las marcas clásicas de cerveza».

Para quienes prefieran probar otras opciones de bebidas, se pueden degustar distintas variedades de vino y también cuentan con algunas opciones clásicas pero atractivas, además de los tragos de autor: «les proponemos probar nuestros mejores tragos como Glamour, Daili malibu, Daikiri, Mojito, lemon champ, Isabella, Gin Tonic. Por supuesto ofrecemos variedades de licuados y bebidas sin alcohol».

¿Qué los diferencia de las otras propuestas gastronómicas de Potrero?

Lo que nos diferencia a Macacha de otras opciones es, en palabras de sus dueños: «nuestro rico menú casero, los tragos y por supuesto la buna atención y predisposición hacia nuestros clientes», esto último, uno lo nota desde que entra hasta que se va, porque tanto Diego como Marilina, y el equipo que los acompañan son muy amables con todos los clientes que se acercan a conocer la propuesta.

¿Cómo surge la idea de un Bar?

«Surgió en plena pandemia, mi mama llego con la idea y nosotros nos prendimos. Fue y sigue siendo un desafío enorme porque no conocíamos el rubro, pero aprendemos día a día, damos lo mejor de nosotros y lo disfrutamos mucho», cuenta Diego muy entusiasmado, y no es para menos, no sólo cumplieron un sueño, sino que lo van haciendo realidad día a día, con mucho esfuerzo y dedicación a los clientes.
