El ultra progresismo de la coalición gobernante ha dado por tierra con la doctrina del General Perón

No es tan sólo una pregunta retórica. A estas alturas empieza a escucharse a muchos peronistas preguntarse por el futuro del casi octogenario movimiento nacional y popular creado por el general Perón, allá en los albores de la década del 40’. La doctrina peronista, desde su nacimiento, ha sufrido constantes cambios y reactualizaciones respondiendo a las problemáticas que le planteaban las coyunturas histórico – políticas.

Así, paso de ser un movimiento netamente obrero y de corte nacional en los 40´ a plantearse el socialismo nacional en los 70´, pasando incluso por un periodo neoliberal en la década de los 90´. Ningún movimiento histórico, anclado en las masas ha escapado a esta lógica. Pero hoy, con una sociedad cada vez más disuelta, más liquida en términos del pensador Zygmunt Bauman, en dónde lo que priman son los relatos, y no los hechos, y dónde las viejas certezas que caracterizaban a la modernidad parecen haberse evaporado, resulta difícil imaginarse el destino del peronismo como doctrina.

Y no es sólo un problema filosófico. La actual coalición gobernante recoge una identidad netamente peronista, pero sus prácticas y discursos tienen mucho más de progresismo a la europea que de nacionalismo popular latinoamericano. Las viejas banderas de la lucha de clases, de la justicia social, el combate al hambre, y el archi conocido “combatiendo” al capital, parecen haberse reemplazado por la lucha feminista, los cupos para las minorías sexuales, el ambientalismo, y cuanta cosa posmoderna y bancada por los lobbys internacionales ande dando vueltas.

Así, muchos se preguntan si el kirchnerismo, en lugar de ser una superación del peronismo, no es ni más ni menos que su propia destrucción, su propia negación histórica en términos hegelianos. Ya se ve a muchos viejos peronistas por los programas de televisión discutiendo el sentido del peronismo, y tratando de explicar porque el kirchnerismo no es peronismo. Desde Guillermo Moreno a Julio Bárbaro, el arco ideológico del peronismo mira con desconfianza la política oficial y, sobre todo, el “amor” fanático a la líder, que dicho sea de paso, ha sido parte fundamental del propio peronismo a lo largo de su historia.

Si uno mira la economía actual de la Argentina, no sorprende cuando se lo escucha decir a Guillermo Moreno, por nombrar alguno, que el gobierno de Alberto no es peronista, “no tiene economistas peronistas” suele decir el ex funcionario. Y tiene razón. Guzmán es un tecnócrata formado en el exterior, quien se halla bajo la tutela intelectual de Joseph Stiglitz, uno de los economistas preferidos y financiado por George Soros, el millonario que más ha invertido en los lobbys que vienen quebrando la sociedad occidental.

Asimismo, el kirchnerismo ha roto algunas de las premisas del peronismo tradicional. Se va alineando con países como Venezuela, China o Rusia, que ni siquiera el propio Perón hubiera concebido semejante cambio en términos de alineamientos que no sean los de la “tercera posición”, porque si bien hoy no existe el mundo comunista, la disputa que atraviesa al capital, con otros actores, suele ser entre dos posturas, y el kirchnerismo no ha hallado una tercera vía a los desafíos que le propone el presente.

También ha abandonado la lucha contra la pobreza, no desde lo declamativo, pero si desde lo real. Y eso se nota en las políticas públicas. El kirchnerismo está más preocupado en bajarnos línea sobre como usar las vocales en nuestro lenguaje, o en generar espacios de trabajo para minorías sexuales que en luchar contra la pobreza y el hambre. Y eso no es sólo una cuestión de chicana, se ha plasmado en los presupuestos nacionales, y se puede ver como el Ministerio de las Diversidades se ha llevado mucho más presupuesto que el de Desarrollo Social o el de producción, por poner algún ejemplo.

Tenemos hoy un kirchnerismo que se ha enamorado del pobrerismo, y se dedica, casi exclusivamente, ha gerenciar planes y dádivas, algo que definitivamente no está en el ideario peronista. El propio Perón decía: “cada hombre debe producir al menos lo que consume”, pero eso no pareciera estar en la base ideológica del progresismo k.

Es cierto que tampoco existe el mundo de los 40´ ni el de los 70´. Ya sea en lo económico, lo político o lo social, el mundo de la modernidad ha cambiado, y ha dejado paso a la sociedad líquida, al posmodernismo, a la posverdad y al relato. Dependerá del propio peronismo, de sus intelectuales, reencontrar el camino doctrinario que le permita posicionarse en este mundo. ¿El peronismo puede desaparecer? Probablemente sí, al menos si continúa por el sendero que marca hoy el kirchnerismo, pero es probable que los referentes históricos, y muchos jóvenes, que ya están sintiendo la insatisfacción del progresismo, empiecen a encontrar un nuevo camino que permita pensar el mundo de otra manera que no sea encolumnados en las disputas ideológicas y políticas de las grandes potencias.
