Entre el dialogo y el apriete, el gobierno busca posicionarse como moderado ante un año electoral complejo

Después de semanas de un exabrupto presidencial detrás de otro, esta semana Alberto Fernández buscar mostrarse como un moderado, incluso muchos miembros de su gabinete se la pasan llamando al dialogo todo el tiempo. Aunque parece que el dialogo no les atiende el teléfono porque es el propio presidente quien siempre sale con una bomba peor que la anterior.

La semana pasada chicaneaba a la oposición con el tema de las vacunas. Más o menos decía que quienes lo llamaban envenenador, ahora le pedían que traiga más veneno. Pero el presidente parece olvidarse que fueron ellos quienes festejaron un artículo en un diario que les daba una razón mas o menos ambigua. Es cierto, nada conforma a la oposición, pero ese es su papel. El problema lo tiene el gobierno que no encuentra un rumbo que le de credibilidad hacia fuera y hacia el propio frente interno.

Después de las vacunas, le tocó el turno a productores agropecuarios y supermercados. A los productores los amenazó con más impuestos o cupos de exportación para frenar la inflación. Pero lo gracioso de esto, es que la inflación no está determinada por lo que produce alguien en un campo, sino por la cadena de valores subsiguientes, en dónde están incluidos fletes, ganancias e impuestos de todo tipo. Es Alberto mismo quien se deslegitima con estas burradas, y termina dando la sensación de que busca avanzar sobre un sector que no es querido por su socia.

Por otro lado, quienes sí generan inflación son los propios amigos del kirchnerismo. Esos acopiadores y exportadores que le traen los dólares al Banco Central. Y también los combustibles, a los que el presidente autorizó 5 subas en un mes. Hay que ponerse de acuerdo entonces, para ser moderado, en donde está el problema, y no esperar que por mera enunciación los melones se acomoden.

A los supermercadistas les tocó la peor parte. Hordas de piqueteros y sindicalistas se preparan para ser la nueva «policía de los precios» y saldrán a controlar que se cumpla con la pactado. Lo que no se sabe todavía es que tipo de atribuciones tendrán, y como afectará esto a las grandes empresas de alimentos. La única certeza es que las patotas de los muchachos de Néstor y Cristina serán la nueva fuerza de choque en la embestida contra otro sector económico.

El discurso del kirchnerismo, y el de Alberto como eventual jefe k, ya no enamora ni seduce a nadie. Los propios militantes del proyecto “nac&pop” la tienen cada vez más difícil para explicar las decisiones de un gobierno compuesto por millonarios que dicen defender a los pobres.

El año electoral avanza, y más allá de los posicionamientos para la prensa y el marketing, Alberto tendrá que mostrar un horizonte de futuro si espera tener alguna chance de pasar las legislativas con éxito. De lo contrario, su reelección va a ser solo un sueño. Mucho ruido y pocas nueces, el dialogo no se enuncia públicamente, se trabaja; no se milita en las redes, sino articulando políticas públicas en consenso con todos los actores, y no con amenazas en actos públicos. Comprender está cuestión será clave para los tiempos que se avecinan.
