Elecciones 2021: La jueza Servini de Cubría condiciona el proceso electoral a que los funcionarios judiciales que participen estén vacunados

La jueza Federal Servini de Cubría adelantó que planea enviar un oficio al Ministerio del Interior para que tramite, de forma “urgente”, el acceso a la vacuna para sus empleados, pero también para todos aquellos funcionarios que tienen responsabilidades en el acto electoral que se realizará en el país durante este año.

El coronavirus permea hoy todas nuestras relaciones cotidianas, y las elecciones no iban a ser la excepción, por eso la jueza pide que se tenga presente esta situación, dado que no enviará a sus empleados a los lugares en donde se realizará el proceso previo de control y armado de urnas.

Está decisión la hizo saber primeramente en una reunión con jueces y funcionarios de la Cámara Nacional Electoral (CNE), en dónde comenzaron a discutir los detalles de las elecciones legislativas, pero también las actuaciones y protocolos en pandemia. Asimismo, también se están evaluando otras medidas sanitarias como la reorganización del modo de votación.

La propuesta de la jueza es que los electores lleguen de manera paulatina, y están buscando mecanismos que permitan realizar el acto electoral sin generar aglomeraciones y con todas las medidas de distanciamiento social necesarias. Por ahora son todas ideas, pero es esperable que está elección no sea igual a todas las anteriores, y que este imbuida por el ambiente de la salud y el cuidado que nos ha dejado la pandemia como parte de nuestra vida diaria.
