Ahora el que salió a patear las elecciones es el ministro que no pegó una de sus predicciones. Van testeando, pero no a los posibles contagiados de covid, sino a la opinión pública, a ver cuanto es capaz de soportar los atropellos institucionales que se vienen sucediendo en el país desde que gobierna el Frente de Todos.

El miedo hasta aquí les resultó eficaz para encerrar a una población entera durante un año, y hoy estamos pagándolo con mayor pobreza, desocupación, y una crisis económica que mezcla la recesión con la inflación. Un cóctel totalmente destructivo.

Aún no saben que va a pasar en agosto, es cierto, pero ante la duda abren el paraguas en lugar de explicar cuáles van a ser las políticas para salir de la pandemia como están haciendo otros países. En realidad, la verdadera intención del kirchnerismo es evitar todo lo que se pueda el acto electoral, ya que, por más que salgan a decir que la imagen de Alberto va en ascenso, la realidad es que todas las encuestas que se conocen le dan una franca derrota.

Y las críticas no están viniendo solo de la oposición. Una parte importante del electorado del Frente de Todos está descontenta con la situación actual. No sólo por la inflación, sino por los constantes aumentos y un salario que cada día se ve más retrasado en relación a los corrimientos en alza de los precios. Hasta un diario “amigo” del presidente, sacó una nota con el eufemismo “movimiento de precios” para informar sobre los aumentos de la nafta.

En diálogo con radio La Red, el ministro de salud dijo, entre otras cosas “La situación es estable con tendencia a bajar”, y además, “Está pasando el todo el país. Es un diagnostico nacional. No quiere decir que no podamos bajar los brazos”. Lo que no dice el ministro, que toda la gestión de la pandemia, incluida la de las vacunas, fue un verdadero fracaso, y hoy estamos viendo las consecuencias.

Después de organizar velorios y marchas, la suspensión de las elecciones suena ridículo, y parece más bien una operación política para evitar el desastre electoral de octubre. El problema, es que el gobierno no tiene credibilidad y cada cosa que plantea genera, a estas alturas, mas dudas que certezas. La pandemia no puede ser una excusa para cancelar la democracia.
