DOSEP anunció su servicio de receta electrónica

La obra social provincial completa así el proceso que inició en 2019 y promete más facilidades para afiliados y prestadores.

La noticia fue anunciada por las redes sociales del gobierno provincial.

La modernización de DOSEP había sido un pedido del gobernador Rodríguez Saá. El objetivo era mejorar la eficiencia del sistema y facilitarle las cosas al afiliado, así lo confirmó el Coordinador de DOSEP, Nicolás Anzulovich. En diálogo con ANSL, declaró: “Esta herramienta además beneficia a los prestadores, quienes podrán acceder de una manera simple –con su usuario- al sistema y efectuar la prescripción de los medicamentos o el pedido médico de laboratorio o diversos estudios desde la plataforma de DOSEP”.

A la noticia se suman la incorporación de los servicios Orden Web y Auditoría Web. Así, los prestadores podrán realizar la receta en su computadora o teléfono móvil. El afiliado la recibirá de forma simultánea en su teléfono, con un número de receta intransferible que será utilizado en las farmacias afiliadas a la mutual.

La herramienta también permitirá a los prestadores seguir el estado del trámite, además de poder hacer las recetas con más agilidad. Otro aspecto destacable es que los afiliados no deberán ir a buscar las recetas a los centros de salud. En tiempos de pandemia la noticia tranquiliza a los afiliados, que ya no deberán exponerse yendo a centros de salud innecesariamente.
