Marzo arranca con todo en materia de suba de precios. A los aumentos a la nafta, la carne y la telefonía móvil, ahora le toca el turno a los servicios de internet, cable y telefonía fija. La telefonía móvil, ya había recibido la autorización de un aumento del 7,5% para febrero y 2,5 para marzo, y ahora le toca el turno al resto de prestadoras del rubro telecomunicaciones.
A través de la resolución 204/2021, el Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (ENACOM) publicó en el boletín oficial el nuevo esquema tarifario, que en el caso de la telefonía fija sufrirá un incremento del 5%. Lo mismo sucederá con los servicios de internet y televisión por cable, los cuáles tendrán un aumento de entre el 5% y el 7,5% dependiendo del tipo de servicio que posea el usuario. Quiénes más lo sentirán en el bolsillo son los que tienen abonos de servicios premium que prestan estas empresas, dado que podrán aplicar el aumento máximo permitido.
El ENACOM hizo saber además, que estos aumentos no afectarán a la denominada Prestaciones Básicas Universales (PBU) que cuentan con una tarifa subsidiada y alcanza a jubilados, desocupados y beneficiarios de AUH. Por su parte, el sector cooperativo y PyME que presta estos servicios viene reclamando al gobierno que la actualización tarifaria sea mayor para poder cubrir los costos de prestación de los servicios.
El gobierno espera que con estos aumentos escalonados la inflación pueda contenerse, y además fijar una estructura de precios razonables que tenga relación entre el costo del servicio, la ganancia de la empresa y los servicios que recibe el cliente.
