Contar estas historias es siempre una alegría porque hace a la felicidad de las personas, y en estos tiempos eso no es algo menor. En este caso, si bien la noticia es chiquita, casi uno podría pensar que pasa desapercibida, e incluso su impacto no es espectacular, pero cada granito de arena suma para que todos como comunidad crezcamos un poco más.
La cuestión es sencilla, Silvia, Ángel y Margarita son los flamantes nuevos dueños de las viviendas sociales que pagaron con tanto esfuerzo, y recibieron de la mano de Guillermo Alaniz, titular de la cartera de vivienda, las certificaciones que los acreditan como nuevos dueños.
“Hoy les hacemos entrega de la titularidad de sus hogares, los que pagaron con tanto esfuerzo y como premio obtuvieron la escritura sin costo alguno”, dijo el secretario de Vivienda, para la Agencia de Noticias de San Luis, y ciertamente es una buena noticia que enorgullece a todos los puntanos que con esfuerzo van consiguiendo sus metas.
Las casas se encuentran en el barrio Cerro de la Cruz, Vicente Dupuy y el barrio 125 viviendas de la Punta: “Siempre decimos que obtener la escritura es como recibir nuevamente una vivienda social. Esperamos que sean muy felices y que disfruten este hermoso logro junto a todos sus seres queridos”, destacó Alaniz, quien además se encontraba acompañado por Edgar Quiroga, jefe del Programa Política Habitacional y por Ernesto Esteves, jefe del Área de Regularización.
