La liberación de Lucas Bustos, de 38 años, generó indignación y preocupación por las reiteradas amenazas a su ex pareja, a quién temen pueda asesinar

Hay veces que no alcanza con informar solamente, y hay que estar en la calle al lado de los reclamos, sobre todo, cuando lo que está en juego es la vida de las personas. Por eso nos hicimos presentes en la sede de tribunales para acompañar el reclamo por la liberación de Lucas Bustos, un agresor y potencial femicida, y recoger los puntos más salientes de la movilización desde la voz de sus protagonistas.

Nuestro periodista, Gabriel Fontañez realizó una entrevista a Florencia, una de las asistentes a la movilización, quién nos contó que se movilizaron porque soltaron a Lucas Bustos quién agredió a su ex pareja Denisse, y es liberado a pesar de tener una causa de tentativa de homicidio: «el juez Chada quien hoy libera a este potencial femicida, violento y agresor, teniendo una causa de tentativa de homicidio y cuenta con veinte denuncias y tres ordenes de restricción».

Lucas Bustos habría amenazado y violentado tanto a Denisse, su expareja como a sus nueve hijos, por lo que le habrían iniciado una causa por tentativa de homicidio, y se le había ordenado en reiteradas ocasiones que no se acercará a la victima a partir de las medidas de restricción, pero nada alcanzó, y hoy, sale en libertad en menos de seis meses, por lo que las militantes de «hermanadas» temen que la vida de Denisse esté en peligro.

Cabe destacar que Lucas tuvo dos detenciones, una de dos meses y otra de cuatro, y en la primera salida fue directamente al domicilio de Denisse para agredirla, y sólo la presencia del grupo evitó que allí sucediera algo peor. Por eso sorprende que ahora, después de cuatro meses de ese hecho se lo vuelva a liberar. Saben que si sale, es probable que intente asesinarla, ya que es lo que viene prometiendo, por eso piden que no lo liberen, sino que siga el juicio.

Una cuestión no menor, es que este beneficio, según las entrevistadas, le fue otorgado porque es primo del fiscal, por eso piden que intervengan otros actores del estado y así evitar que Denisse se convierta en una estadística más de femicidio por acción u omisión del propio estado.
