Con la reforma que impulsa Sergio Massa se espera que $10.000 millones se vuelquen al consumo

El 2020 noqueó a la clase media tanto como a los sectores más vulnerables de nuestro país. No sólo por la inflación, sino también por la pérdida de empleos o la presión impositiva, como el impuesto a las ganancias, que se hizo sentir fuerte en los ingresos de los trabajadores.

Por eso, Sergio Massa presentó el proyecto de ley para establecer un piso de $150.000 de sueldo y así no sólo aliviar la presión fiscal sobre los bolsillos de los trabajadores, sino también la medida busca impulsar el consumo y el poder de compra de los hogares argentinos. Asimismo, se introdujeron dos modificaciones sustanciales al proyecto: el aguinaldo no pagará ganancias (con base a los sueldos inferiores a $150.000), y se reintegrará lo deducido en los tres primeros meses del año en los recibos de sueldo de abril.

La medida tendrá impacto en 1.200.000 trabajadores y jubilados, y es parte de la estrategia del gobierno para recuperar a la clase media en un año electoral que no pinta bien para el oficialismo. En diálogo con Infobae, Sergio Massa dijo: “El alivio fiscal que representa esta medida está orientado a que nuestros trabajadores y clase media recuperen poder de compra y muevan el mercado interno tan importante para el crecimiento”,

Está medida apunta directo al corazón de la recuperación económica, ya que esperan que los hogares, al recuperar una parte del ingreso, la vuelquen al consumo interno, lo que genere un espiral de producción que acelere la caída de la producción y el ingreso que se dio durante 2020 por las medidas de encierro durante la pandemia. La caída del PBI en Argentina superan el 10%, y esperan este año recuperar al menos un crecimiento del 5%, que si bien seguiría estando por debajo de la caída, elevaría los niveles de actividad económica, y le daría más tranquilidad al gobierno.
