Se fue Losardo, ¿y después?
Ya suenan posibles candidatos para reemplazar a la ex Ministra de Justicia
Alberto Fernández atenta él mismo contra su propia credibilidad, estuvo diciendo desde la semana pasada que la ministra Losardo no se tocaba, pero le termino aceptando la renuncia. Al parecer, su salida ya estaba definida, sólo se estaba esperando el momento justo para hacerlo, pero la ex funcionaria decidió presentar la renuncia y no dar más vuelta.
Una vez conocida la situación ya salieron al ruedo los dos posibles candidatos a reemplazar a Losardo. Si bien ambos son de fuerte tradición peronista, tanto sus perfiles como sus estilos son muy diferentes, y la elección tendrá que ver con las necesidades del gobierno respecto a la relación con la justicia. Hablamos concretamente del rionegrino Martín Soria, y del bonaerense Ramiro Gutiérrez.
Pero también tienen diferencia en cuanto al posicionamiento de la vicepresidente frente a los jueces, la Corte Suprema y la reforma judicial. Mientras que Soria es más cercano a las posiciones del Instituto Patria, Gutiérrez tiene posiciones más conciliadoras y cercanas a las propuestas de Sergio Massa.
La elección entre uno u otro dependerá de la estrategia que quiera dar el gobierno frente al poder judicial, si decide profundizar el enfrentamiento el elegido posiblemente sea Soria, pero si se espera recomponer alguna relación con los jueces y la corte es probable que el próximo ministro sea Gutiérrez. Pero, por los discursos que vienen dando tanto el presidente como la vicepresidente van marcando más bien un camino de enfrentamiento que de acuerdos, con lo que es probable, si no hay ninguna sorpresa, que el elegido termine siendo Soria.
