Con escasos argumentos decretan restricciones violatorias de la constitución sin pasar por el congreso

Sólo hace falta una simple cuenta, para dimensionar el problema y las soluciones tomadas. Por ejemplo, en el día de ayer se dieron en todo el país unos 27.000 positivos, dado el aumento de testeos, y una cantidad de muertos, lo que da algo así como una tasa de 1,22 muertes cada 100 mil habitantes.

Y eso si sólo consideramos los testeados, que, suponiendo que son más los contagiados que lo que puede mostrar los testeos, y muchos profesionales consideran que en general suele ser 10 veces más que lo que arrojan los datos concretos, con lo cual la tasa de mortalidad arroja una tasa de 0,12 cada 100 mil habitantes.

Está claro que uno podría decir, como contra argumento que el aumento de casos incrementa los casos graves que requieren hospitalización y eso “colapsaría” el sistema sanitario es válido. Pero en la misma línea, cabría preguntarse ¿Qué hicieron durante un año?. Durante 2020 nos encerraron para preparar el sistema de salud en cuanto a infraestructura sanitaria como respiradores y camas, y hoy con las vacunas, no sólo no aumentaron los respiradores ni las camas, sino que tampoco consiguieron las vacunas, o las que entraron, las usaron ellos.

La realidad es que el desastre sanitario, si es que existe tal cosa, es pura responsabilidad del gobierno que disparó una alarma desde el año pasado y hoy se encuentra entrampado en decisiones que son autoritarias y contrarias a toda lógica. La población se acostumbró a vivir con el virus, como ha hecho la humanidad a lo largo de su historia, pero el gobierno insiste en medidas que fueron ineficaces en su momento y lo serán nuevamente ahora.

Lo de Alberto se parece más al anuncio de un dictador que al de un presidente. Nada de consensos con una población que no quiere ni puede ser encerrada porque esta en riesgo su propio mantenimiento vital, ya sea un trabajador, una pyme o un pequeño comerciante. Pero nada de esto pareciera importar, ni siquiera que los números dicen que los chicos no se contagian en clases: ¡suspendamos todo!

Ya es trillado decir que no se ha cuidado ni la salud ni la economía, parafraseando al propio presidente. No sólo la cuarentena no logró detener el aumento de casos durante 2020, sino que dejo una crisis económica y social descomunal. Lo de ahora, más que una reflexión epidemiológica o sanitaria se parece más a una necesidad política. ¿Y cuál es esa necesidad? Cancelar las elecciones. Saben que pierden, y junto con esa derrota se viene el derrumbe económico y del propio frente electoral.

Si hay algo que sabe el presidente y la presidente, es que el peronismo no perdona a los perdedores, por lo que son capaces de ir a fondo con tal de generar el miedo suficiente que permita suspender o atrasar una derrota que, a día de hoy, es casi inevitable.

Lo más preocupante de las medidas que se tomaron, no sólo es la falta de consenso con la sociedad, sino que se tomó sin el congreso, porque por más que utilicen el eufemismo de “restricciones sanitarias” nuestra constitución es concreta al respecto de coartar las libertades como las de circulación. Y nada de esto se cumple, con lo que virtualmente estamos ante un golpe de estado cívico que atenta contra los derechos más básicos de los ciudadanos con la excusa de una pandemia cuya mortalidad no supera a las de las enfermedades respiratorias comunes que ya conocemos.

Estará en la sociedad tolerar o no está situación, aún con el ejército en la calle. Porque, lamentablemente, mientras esta “plandemia” avanza llevándose puesto todo, defender la libertad va a ser una tarea que requiere, sobre todo, desconectarse de la matrix virtual y pasar a la acción. Recuperar la calle y decirle NO al avance disparatado de un Calígula posmoderno que ha perdido todo rumbo y razón.
