Las restricciones por el Covid-19 continúan hasta el 21 de Mayo
Así lo anunció en conferencia de prensa Alberto Fernández. Se restringe la circulación, las actividades locales hasta las 19 y que el dictado de clases presencial en algunas zonas.
En conferencia de prensa el Presidente Alberto Fernández manifestó que las medidas restrictivas continuarán hasta el 21 de mayo para «garantizar que a nadie le falte la cama para ser atendido». Se mostró preocupado por el elevado aumento en los contagios diarios.
«Las medidas están mostrando buenos resultados, pero la situación no se encuentra resuelta: la cantidad de casos es realmente elevada. La situación epidemiológica en el AMBA es crítica y tenemos otras zonas con alto tensión sanitaria», afirmó Fernandez.
Para potenciar la efectividad de las medidas instó a los argentinos a quedarse en su hogar y disminuir la circulación. El miedo de las autoridades se vincula a la situación del sistema de salud: en varias jurisdicciones esta saturado y el faltante de camas es una realidad.
Las medidas tomadas hace poco serán mantenidas minimamente hasta el 21 de Mayo. Se diferencias zonas de mediano y alto riesgo, cuyas medidas se aclaran a continuación.
Medidas generales que rigen para todo el país:
– suspensión de los viajes grupales de egresados, de estudio y de grupos turísticos.
– suspensión de las reuniones sociales de más de 10 personas.
– suspensión de asistencia al trabajo para personas de riesgo.
Medidas para zonas de riesgo medio:
Refiere a zonas de más de 40.000 habitantes con la siguiente incidencia de casos: entre 50 a 150 casos c/ 100.000 habitantes. Se establece: «es facultad y responsabilidad de gobernadores/as adoptar en forma temprana medidas que disminuyan la circulación para prevenir los contagios».
Zonas de alto riesgo
Sin embargo, zonas de alto riesgo epidemiológico como la ciudad de San Luis deberán acatar medidas mucho más restrictivas. En referencia a estas zonas, Fernández afirmó: «En las zonas de alto riesgo epidemiológico, se establece suspender actividades sociales en domicilios particulares, reuniones sociales en espacios públicos al aire libre de más de 10 personas, prohibir la apertura de casinos y discotecas, los bares y restaurantes funcionarán hasta las 23:00 y no se podrá circular entre las 00 y las 6 de cada día».
Las zonas de alto riesgo son aquellas con una incidencia de 150 c/ 100.000 habitante. Las medidas son las siguientes:
– se suspenden actividades sociales en domicilios particulares, salvo para la asistencia de personas que requieran especiales cuidados, así como las reuniones sociales en espacios públicos al aire libre de más de 10 personas
– se suspende la práctica recreativa de cualquier deporte en lugares cerrados donde participen más de 10 personas
– se cierran casinos, bingos, discotecas, y salones de fiesta.
– se establece el cierre de los bares y restaurantes a partir de las 23hs
– se prohíbe la circulación entre las 00.00 y las 06.00 de la mañana de cada día. (Según las jurisdicciones, las autoridades podrán solo ampliar estos horarios en función de las especificidades de cada lugar.)
– se establece un aforo de 30% para eventos culturales, sociales, recreativos y religiosos, cines, teatros, clubes, centros culturales y afines; locales gastronómicos; gimnasios.
– se disponen medidas locales y focalizadas de contención para limitar la circulación por horarios, por zonas o determinadas actividades, teniendo en cuenta el estatus sanitario. Estas medidas podrán adoptarse también en los lugares de alto riesgo o riesgo medio y respecto de partidos y departamentos de menos de 40.000 habitantes.
Zonas de alerta epidemiológica
– se suspende actividad de centros comerciales y shoppings.
– se suspenden las actividades deportivas, recreativas, sociales, culturales y religiosas en lugares cerrados.
– locales comerciales entre las 19 horas y las 6 horas del día siguiente, con excepción de los esenciales con horario nocturno.
– restricción en ámbito educativo: se suspenden las clases presenciales y las actividades educativas no escolares presenciales en los todos los niveles.
– se prohíben los deportes grupales.
– se cierran casinos, bingos, discotecas, y salones de fiesta.
– entre las 19 horas y las 6 horas del día siguiente. Luego de las 19 podrán continuar bajo las modalidades delivery. En los horarios autorizados de funcionamiento, sólo podrán atender a sus clientes en espacios habilitados al aire libre.
– se prohíbe la circulación entre las 20.00 y las 06.00 de la mañana de cada día. (Según las jurisdicciones, las autoridades podrán solo ampliar estos horarios en función de las especificidades de cada lugar).
– transporte público solo para esenciales y autorizados.
