Enrique «Quique» Cabrera no se presentó a declarar: enfrenta una causa por violencia de género

El ex Secretario de Transporte debía presentarse en el Juzgado de Instrucción Penal de Villa Mercedes. Sin embargo, alegó no poder viajar.

Enrique «Quique» Cabrera fue acusado de dos delitos allá por 2018. Uno de ellos fue “Lesiones leves agravadas por el vínculo” en perjuicio de su hijo. El otro, “lesiones leves agravadas por el vínculo y amenazas”, tuvo como víctima a Carolina de Valle Sosa, su ex pareja. Un año después de ser denunciado, Cabrera rompió una orden de alejamiento al cruzarse a su ex esposa en una parroquia.

Ayer debía presentarse a declarar por esta causa, aunque no se presentó en el Juzgado. El Juez de Instrucción mercedino, Santiago Ortíz, había dictado «conducir por la fuerza pública» a quien fuera asesor del gobernador. La cita con la Justicia era a las 9:00 del viernes, aunque no se presentó.

Tras la polémica ausencia el abogado de Cabrera, Pedro Gianello, confirmó que su cliente no dará declaraciones hasta bien entrada esta semana. Hace días Gianello explicó en dialogo con FM Latina que se presentó un escrito explicando los motivos de la ausencia: Cabrera se habría mudado a la provincia de Misiones, y le era imposible viajar.

Sin embargo, un reporte policial determinó que hace más de un año Enrique Cabrera no radicaba en el domicilio anunciado, por lo que se inició una busqueda de paradero y detención. Las fuerzas de seguridad provincial y federal aún no pudieron dar con el.

En medio de la polémica, el abogado Gianello aseguró haber notificado a Cabrera. Según el jurista, el acusado viajará para presentarse mañana por la mañana.
