El hecho habría ocurrido en 2015, cuando la niña pasaba unos días en casa del acusado. En ese momento la víctima tenía 7 años.

Raúl Ismael Molina se las verá con la Cámara Penal 1 de Villa Mercedes por los hechos de los que fue acusado hace dos años. Este hombre, de 60 años, está imputado por abusar a su sobrina política en 2015.

Los padres de la víctima explicaron que, aunque hicieron la denuncia apenas supieron del episodio, el abuso se produjo 4 años antes. Ese fin de semana la niña fue a visitar a sus tíos, luego de haber perdido a su hermano mayor. Molina habría aprovechado el momento vulnerable de la pequeña para acercarse a ella.

La víctima pudo narrar lo sucedido: contó que su tía la había invitado a pasar el fin de semana en su casa, como solía hacer. Tras almorzar, sus tíos se fueron a dormir la siesta y ella se quedó en el comedor, jugando en la computadora. Al poco tiempo apareció Molina, quien le dijo que quería mostrarle algo: un video pornográfico.

Aunque la víctima se resistió, fue obligada por Molina a verlo. Asimismo, el acusado comenzó a tocarla en sus partes íntimas. La niña gritó llamando a su tía, pero el abusador le dijo que no iba a ser escuchada porque su mujer había consumido pastillas para dormir.

La niña pasó por la Cámara Gesell y los profesionales determinaron que su testimonio era veraz, haciendo evidente la existencia de un trauma sexual. También asistió a una psicóloga de forma particular, que será una de los diez testigos involucrados en la causa. Además, las amigas de la víctima presenciaron un momento en donde la niña recriminó a Molina los abusos que sufrió. Tras escuchar ese testimonio, la madre de una de estas amigas le contó a la familia de la víctima lo sucedido.

Actualmente, Raúl Ismael Molina enfrenta una causa por «Abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante». Está en prisión preventiva, aunque podría sentenciárselo a 8 años de prisión.

Así, la pequeña que amaba ir a casa de sus tíos dejó de hacerlo. Tan lamentable fue el hecho que incluso manifestó a sus amigas que ya no tenía ganas de vivir a causa del trauma que le generó este repudiable episodio.
