Se trata de un cargamento de Sputnik V, que será usado como primera dosis en toda la provincia.

La provincia anunció la llegada de más vacunas a la provincia, luego de recibir hoy un pequeño remanente de 200 segundas dosis de Sinopharm. El lote que esperan mañana es de la vacuna rusa Sputnik V.

El envío llegará a la ciudad de Villa Mercedes. Allí, 1800 dosis serán para el Hospital Regional Juan Domingo Perón. El resto serán almacenadas en Droguería del Sur, para enviar vacunas a toda la provincia según demanda.

Las vacunas entrantes serán usadas para nuevos pacientes, por tratarse del Componente 1. Vale recordar que la vacuna rusa es una de las más seguras del mercado, con una efectividad comprobada superior al 96%.

La ministra de Salud, Silvia Sosa Araujo, recordó que los interesados en inocularse deberán registrarse vía web en el sitio http://vacunacioncovid.sanluis.gov.ar/ o telefónicamente al 911 y al 4452000.
