Denunciaron a un curandero de San Jerónimo por abusar de una madre y sus hijas
Policías del Departamento Investigaciones allanaron el domicilio del imputado, donde habrían ocurrido todos los ataques.
Una madre y sus dos hijas denunciaron a un curandero de la localidad de San Jerónimo por abuso sexual. El denunciado vive cerca del ingreso del pueblo. El Juez Penal 2, Ariel Parrillis ordenó allanar este domicilio, ya que ahí habrían ocurrido los ataques. El objetivo es encontrar elementos incriminatorios relacionados con la causa.
Angel Pereyra, jefe del Departamento Investigaciones, informó que la fuerza llegó al sitio cerca de las 16:00 para cumplir con el mandamiento del Juez Parrillis. El procedimiento duró 2 horas y secuestraron dos cuadernos donde el curandero tiene un registro de las personas que atiende o atendió.
Pereyra señalo que en el domicilio estaban el imputado y su pareja, que no opusieron resistencia al procedimiento. La policía pudo ver el lugar donde atiende a las personas: es un comedor con una silla y una cama, donde se ubicarían los pacientes. El jefe de Investigaciones destacó que el operativo se desarrolló con normalidad.
Dado que la investigación está en fase inicial, la Justicia aún no ordenó detener al curandero, cuya identidad permanece oculta.
Las denuncias
El disparador de la investigación fue una denuncia de una joven de 25 años. La misma confesó que cuando fue a hacer una curación, este hombre le sacó la ropa y tuvo acceso carnal a ella. En consecuencia, el Juez Parrillis ordenó practicarle una revisación médica de la joven. La misma afirmó que quedó paralizada ante el proceder de este hombre, por lo que investigan si recibió alguna sustancia para adormecerla. También explicó que estaba atravesando un cuadro de depresión, lo que considera un agravante por vulnerabilidad.
La hermana de la denunciante también asistió en esa ocasión, y también habría sufrido tocamientos. En cuanto a su madre, que fue con el curandero un día después, también fue manoseada.
Las denunciantes explicaron que si bien fueron juntas, los ataques a cada una de ellas ocurrieron en momentos distintos y no comunicaron los abusos de forma inmediata. La madre fue luego y discutió con el curandero: en ese momento fue manoseada. Cuando volvió y conversó con sus hijas, ellas le comentaron lo sucedido el día anterior.
