Prisión preventiva para el hombre acusado de abusar de su hija
El imputado fue detenido el 13 de mayo en Villa de la Quebrada, por orden de la Jueza Virginia Palacios. Otro hombre es investigado dentro de la misma causa.
Hace dos semanas Villa de la Quebrada conoció el horror una vez más. El pasado 13 de mayo la Policía allanó un domicilio donde convivían este hombre, junto con su pareja y sus 9 hijos. Se presume que el acusado, identificado como G.S ejerció violencia durante años contra su pareja y sus hijos varones. En cuanto a sus hijas, la justicia cree que abusó sexualmente de dos de sus hijas.
Además, en un domicilio cercano vivía una de las hijas de este hombre. Con solo 18 años, desde los 12 la mujer era pareja de uno de sus primos de más de 40 años, identificado como S.J
De los allanamientos participó la Jueza Penal 3, Virginia Palacios. En el lugar se secuestraron elementos incriminatorios para continuar con la causa.
Ayer por la noche, Palacios procesó con prisión preventiva a G.S por los abusos perpetrados. Fue encarcelado por «Abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por causar grave daño en la salud, por el vínculo y por tratarse de una víctima menor de 13 años aprovechando la convivencia preexistente».
S.J, el otro imputado, recibió falta de mérito y recuperó la libertad. Este hombre estaba acusado de abusar de su sobrina de 18 años, hija de G.S, con quien está en pareja desde hace 6 años. La causa sigue en curso, por lo que no está eximido de sospecha aún.
