Se trata de 6750 primeras dosis de Sputnik V y 4800 segundas dosis de AstraZeneca. El envío del Ministerio de Salud nacional llegó a varios puntos de la provincia.

Ayer por la mañana San Luis recibió envíos simultáneos de vacunas en distintos puntos de la provincia. El envío fue del Ministerio de Salud Nacional. En el Servicio de Inmunizaciones de la capital se recibieron las 4800 segundas dosis de AstraZeneca, cuya conservación es entre 2°C y 8°C.

María Esther Diángelo, jefa de Inmunizaciones, precisó que las 6750 vacunas de Sputnik V fueron enviadas a Villa Mercedes: una parte la recibió en Hospital «Juan Domingo Perón» y la otra la Droguería Central. Desde este último lugar se enviarán algunas dosis hasta el Hospital «Madre Catalina Rodríguez» de Merlo y otros puntos de la provincia.

Sobre los protocolos al recibir las vacunas, Diángelo detalló: “Cuando la vacuna llega se controla con termómetros digitales específicos para productos biológicos y luego pasa a la cámara, donde tenemos conservadas las vacunas de la provincia”. Asimismo, explicó que cuando se hace un pedido de vacunas en la provincia Inmunizaciones incluye las jeringas, los descartadores y todos los elementos de protección personal de los vacunadores.

Aunque sostuvo que la prioridad serán las personas registradas con más de 60 años y los pacientes de riesgo, Diángelo dijo que las vacunas serán aplicadas inmediatamente hasta agotar las dosis.
