Tiroteo a una vivienda en San Luis: imputaron al responsable de intentar matar a su expareja
Mauro Luis Suárez fue acusado de querer asesinar a su expareja. Hace días fue detenido por tirotear su domicilio en la ciudad de San Luis. Se negó a declarar.
El domingo pasado Mauro Luis Suárez fue detenido luego de efectuar un tiroteo en la casa de su expareja, situada en calle Güemes al 100. Aunque hubo allanamientos el sábado para dar con el arma, la orden de detención fue dictada por la Jueza Virginia Palacios en la tarde del domingo.
Al investigar a este hombre, hallaron que contaba con antecedentes por violencia de género: había sido denunciado por más de una expareja.
En consecuencia, ayer Suárez fue indagado en el Juzgado Penal 3 de San Luis: se lo acusa tentativa de homicidio doblemente calificada -por el vínculo y por mediar violencia de género-, en concurso real con abuso de arma en concurso ideal con portación de arma de guerra.
Sin embargo, al ser consultado por sus actos el imputado se negó a declarar. En cambio, solicitó una prorroga de detención de 8 días, para recolectar pruebas que lo dejen en situación más favorable.
La expareja de Suárez manifestó: “Desde siempre sufrí por parte de él violencia física, verbal y ya al último tiempo también económica”. La mujer estuvo con el acusado durante 7 años y tienen un hijo de 4 años en común, aunque se separaron en marzo.
La víctima confesó que en mayo Mauro Luis Suárez se presentó en su domicilio, bajo la excusa de buscar ropa para el niño. Sin embargo, empezó a insistirle para tener relaciones. La mujer se negó y Suárez le propinó una golpiza: en ese lapso la amenazo de muerte, la asfixió, tomó su teléfono y dinero, y se marchó.
Días más tarde, la mujer denunció al imputado por violencia de género. Según trascendió, no sería la primer mujer que denuncia estas conductas violentas. La expareja de Suárez dejó la provincia por temor a ser asesinada, aunque el pasado viernes este hombre atacó a tiros la casa de su hermana, hecho por el que fue detenido dos días después.
