Abusos intrafamiliares en Villa de la Quebrada: otro hombre preso

Se trata de un hombre de 53 años, conocido de quien fue preso hace días por abusar de dos de sus hijas en la misma localidad. Se lo acusa de haber ultrajado a una adolescente de 14 años.

Emergieron novedades en la causa que involucra a una familia entera en Villa de la Quebrada. Se trata de un caso de maltratos, abuso sexual y violencia de género en el seno de una familia local. Hace una semana un hombre fue procesado por violar a su hija de 14 años. Ahora se comprobó que otro hombre, conocido de aquel, también violó a la adolescente. Por los hechos, la Jueza Virginia Palacios dictó prisión para este segundo abusador.

El acusado es pensionado y se dedica a hacer changas de chapa y pintura en un taller de la capital provincial. Desde anoche está alojado en la penitenciaría local de San Luis. En la causa este hombre era señalado como «el novio» de la menor, aunque se comprobó que abusó de ella en varias ocasiones. Aparentemente, la adolescente era llevada a encuentros donde los dos abusadores se alcoholizaban y abusaban de ella.

La figura penal para ambos fue «Abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por causar daño grave a la salud, en perjuicio de una niña».
