Las pericias indicaron que los primeros 4 disparos fueron a escasos metros de la víctima. El último balazo fue a quemarropa y con ella tendida en el suelo.

La mujer de 28 años fue asesinada por el sindicalista Juan Carlos Solalinde.

Conforme pasan los días los sucesos que terminaron con la vida de Johana Galdeano van tomando forma. Ayer declararon 5 testigos de la causa. Entre ellos Alba Pereira, la médica forense que examinó el cuerpo tras su hallazgo en un galpón de calle Sarmiento.

La médica confirmó que Galdeano murió de 5 balazos, dos de los cuales destruyeron sus órganos. Para Pereira el primer disparo que recibió Johana es el que impactó en su mano izquierda, en un gesto por defenderse ante la intimidante Magnum .357. Luego le siguieron tres disparos. Dos en el pecho y un tercero en el abdomen medio: fueron los disparos mortales. Los balazos en el pecho destruyeron uno de los pulmones y le causaron el shock hipovolémico por el que murió, mientras que el balazo en el abdomen desintegró el páncreas y el hígado de Johana.

También declaró el perito balístico que estudió los disparos: sostuvo que los proyectiles fueron gatillados a muy corta distancia, uno de ellos a quemarropa. Este último disparo fue cuando la víctima estaba batida en el suelo: ingresó por la mejilla derecha, pasó por la tráquea y salió por el torax de Johana. Según el perito, la marca de pólvora indica que Solalinde gatilló a 30 centímetros de la mujer.

Tras los resultados Gastón Yllera, abogado de la familia Galdeano, desmintió la versión de Solalinde, quien aseguró haber gatillado solo una vez y contra el piso.

Escena plantada

Las pericias confirmaron las presunciones de la querella: Johana fue asesinada afuera del galpón donde la hallaron, aparentemente en la vereda. El personal de Criminalística encontró grandes restos de sangre a unos 30 metros del galpón, lo que hace pensar que la mujer fue arrastrada post mortem.

Cuando quisieron indagar a uno de los testigos, la jueza Mirta Ucelay no les permitió continuar con la indagación. Para los juristas Yllera y Latini, ese testigo vio un amedrentamiento entre quienes estaban en la casa de Solalinde al momento de los hechos. Este testigo habría sido perseguido por los efectivos de policía, que luego contaminaron la escena del crimen. Aparentemente, uno de los efectivos era íntimo amigo de Solalinde.

Leticia Latini, una de las abogadas querellantes, se comunicó con el jefe de Policía de la Provincia, Darío Neira. Para ella este policía acudió ante el llamado del sindicalista y lo ayudó a borrar los rastros del femicidio.

La versión de la familia

Gladys Soria, mamá de Johana, declaró ayer miércoles. La mujer confesó que aunque la pareja se había disuelto Solalinde acechaba constantemente a su hija. Soria contó que él la llamaba todo el tiempo y la joven siempre lo bloqueaba en su celular. Según la madre, el hombre la vigilaba: le enviaba mensajes a Johana diciéndole saber con quien y donde estaba en esos momentos.
