Villa Mercedes: la Policía viajará gratis en el transporte público
Ayer por la tarde entregaron las tarjetas a los efectivos. Del acto participaron el Intendente local, Maximiliano Frontera, y otros funcionarios.
En un acto celebrado en Barrio La Ribera el vicegobernador, Eduardo Mones Ruiz, y el ministro de Seguridad, Luciano Anastasi, acompañaron al intendente de Villa Mercedes, Maximiliano Frontera, en la entrega de pases libres para el transporte público a los agentes policiales mercedinos.
Anastasi se mostró contento con la iniciativa municipal. “Estamos muy agradecidos por este nuevo aporte a la seguridad que hace la Municipalidad de Villa Mercedes. El intendente Frontera tiene una mirada amplia del transporte y lo entiende como una necesidad para producir los bienes y servicios que necesita una sociedad. Sabemos que esta iniciativa se ha extendido a otros sectores como estudiantes, jubilados y personal de la salud, y que genera un circulo virtuoso, ya que lo que se ahorra un trabajador en el boleto de colectivo va directamente al consumo”, manifestó el Ministro de Seguridad.
Aunque en el acto de ayer solo recibieron credenciales los miembros de la División Ciudadana, el beneficio alcanzará a la totalidad de los integrantes de la fuerza que se desempeñan en Villa Mercedes.
El Intendente mercedino, Maximiliano Frontera, afirmó: “Esta es una ayuda, un esfuerzo que hacemos todos los vecinos de Villa Mercedes para que ustedes tengan una herramienta más para cumplir con esa vocación que llevan en el corazón”. Luego entregó en mano la tarjeta a cada uno de los policías presentes.
Eduardo Mones Ruiz, vicegobernador provincial, expresó: “En medio de la pandemia que atravesamos tenemos sectores que están permanentemente en la trinchera como los trabajadores de la salud y la seguridad. Y es muy bueno que ellos reciban este beneficio”.
