Asesinato en Concarán: el acusado se abstuvo a declarar
El sábado un vecino de esa localidad mató con un elemento punzocortante a un Martín Alexis Corro, tras discutir por el volumen de la música. Hoy pidió no declarar.
Tras el violento episodio del sábado, que terminó con un hombre de 35 años asesinado, ayer Matías Tobares tuvo que vérselas con la justicia. Al momento de asistir a declarar, la defensa de Tobares solicitó la prorroga legal.
El crimen conmovió a todo Concarán: resulta increíble pensar como una discusión entre vecinos para bajar el volumen de la música, terminó con un muerto apuñalado.
El asesino, acusado de «Homicidio simple» pidió no declarar en la indagatoria. Su defensa solicitó una prorroga de 8 días para estudiar la causa.
De momento, Tobares permanece privado de su libertad en la Penitenciaría de la capital provincial. Mientras tanto, la causa seguirá tomando testimonios esta semana, hasta que se vuelva a abrir la indagatoria.
