Un felino trepó a un transformador ubicado en El Ciprés y Pringles. La explosión terminó con la vida de animal e interrumpió el servicio eléctrico en algunas zonas de la ciudad.

El cruce donde murió el animal.


Esta mañana un estallido hizo preocupar a los vecinos del centro histórico de Merlo. Un fuerte estruendo se produjo en la intersección de El Ciprés y Pringles, y de repente la luz se cortó.

El accidente se produjo cerca del mediodía, cuando los vecinos llamaron a la empresa Edesal para solucionar la falla en el servicio.

Cuando los encargados llegaron a ver que sucedió, encontraron un gato doméstico en el transformador que había explotado minutos antes. Aparentemente, el animal pisó algunos cables y produjo un cortocircuito: murió tras el estallido.

El peculiar accidente dejó sin luz a cientos de vecinos del centro histórico. Pese a que están trabajando en el lugar, se desconoce si Edesal pudo restablecer el servicio.
