La mañana del jueves registró actividad en Colón 561: el Concejo Deliberante de San Luis tuvo la decimoquinta sesión.

Algunos de los temas tratados en la asamblea fueron el establecimiento de beneficios tributarios para contribuyentes y la aplicación de exenciones impositivas. También se propuso otorgar Interés Legislativo a junio como el «Mes del Orgullo LGBTQI+».

A continuación, un resumen de las novedades legislativas que dejó el encuentro:

  • El Municipio elevó su proyecto de Ordenanza estableciendo beneficios tributarios para aquellos contribuyentes cuya actividad comercial se hubiese visto interrumpida por el DNU No 297/2020 dictado por el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional, consecuencia de la pandemia de COVID-19. La iniciativa fue enviada a las comisiones de Legislación e Interpretación y Hacienda y Presupuesto.
  • El bloque Juntos por San Luis presentó un proyecto de adhesión a la Ley Provincial Nº 1-1014-2019 (Vocabulario Inclusivo- Discapacidad General) que fue enviado a la Comisión de Legislación e Interpretación. La bancada también presentó una iniciativa para la exención de tasas municipales a pequeños contribuyentes y actividades comerciales consideradas «no esenciales» en el marco de la pandemia COVID-19 de la Ciudad de San Luis que fue girada a las comisiones mencionadas.
  • Otra de las iniciativas fue la exención impositiva integral para personas con discapacidad en la Ciudad de San Luis que fue girada a las comisiones de Legislación e Interpretación y Hacienda y Presupuesto. Además el presidente del Concejo Deliberante Javier Suárez Ortiz e integrante del bloque JxSL solicitó una condonación de deuda a una familia cuyo integrante es una persona con discapacidad.
  • La edil Johana Sosa presentó un proyecto de ordenanza con el objeto de instaurar el ciclo de charlas y diversas actividades a realizarse en el mes de junio de cada año en el H.C.D. de la Ciudad de San Luis. También pidió declarar de Interés Legislativo Municipal la conmemoración del mes de Junio como «Mes del Orgullo LGBTQI+» y declarar el día 26 de Junio como el Día Internacional contra el Uso Indebido y Tráfico Ilicito de Drogas.
  • La bancada San Luis Unido presentó una solicitud de informes para que el Ejecutivo informe por el área que corresponda las causas que provocó el corte de agua en la zona Este de la Ciudad y que medidas se tomaron ante la falta de electricidad en el Barrio La República.
  • El interbloque San Luis 20-30 pidió la adhesión y reglamentación de la Ley Nacional Nº 27.541 en virtud de la pandemia declarada por la OMS en relación al COVID-19.
  • Los bloques Juntos por San Luis y San Luis Unido solicitaron un homenaje a la Unión Cívica Radical por conmemorarse su 130º Aniversario.
