Santa Rosa: dictaron prisión preventiva al acusado de violar a una adolescente
El hecho ocurrió el pasado 17 de junio. Se comprobó su culpabilidad y fue procesado por el Juez Jorge Pinto.
El 17 de junio por la madrugada un hombre de 25 años intentó violar a una joven de 16 en las inmediaciones de un club local. Ante la negativa a tener relaciones, la joven fue golpeada con una patada en la boca. Afortunadamente, la víctima logró escapar y efectuó su denuncia por la mañana. Tras ser identificado, la policía allanó el domicilio del agresor y realizaron pericias en el lugar.
Cuando la fuerza ingresó al domicilio del agresor, el mismo se encontraba dormido debido a la medicación que consume para dormir. Al día siguiente llevado al Juzgado Multifueros de Ruta 5. En aquella ocasión tuvo la indagatoria con el Juez Jorge Osvaldo Pinto, pero se negó a declarar.
La defensa solicitó la prorroga judicial en ese momento. Las pericias psicológicas, psiquiátricas y la Cámara Gesell confirmaron la culpabilidad del hombre de 25 años, que fue procesado por autor del delito «abuso sexual con acceso carnal, en concurso real con lesiones agravadas por mediar violencia de género en contra de una persona menor de edad».
La justicia ya notificó al agresor y lo trasladó al Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, donde cumplirá la prisión preventiva. Mientras tanto, el Juzgado ordenó nuevas medidas de prueba que se harán en los próximos días.
