Plan Desarrollo Sostenible Municipal: se vienen obras para 32 municipios de la provincia

La inversión total supera los $1.600 millones, provenientes de los juicios que la provincia le ganó a Nación.

El Salón de la Puntanidad albergó la firma de actas para dar marcha al Plan Desarrollo Sostenible Municipal. El encuentro fue presidido por el gobernador, Alberto Rodríguez Saá, y contó con la participación de representantes de los 32 municipios que serán beneficiados. La inversión total supera los $1.600 millones de pesos, que la provincia obtuvo tras ganar dos juicios por deudas a Nación.

Villa Mercedes fue la ciudad que mayor cantidad de inversiones acaparó, con $832 millones. Por su parte, la ciudad de San Luis será beneficiada con obras por $148 millones. Otros de los municipios firmantes fueron La Toma, Nogolí, Alto Pelado, Navia, Fraga, Papagayos, Renca, Lavaisse, Villa de la Quebrada y Fortuna.

El acto también contó con la presencia de jefes comunales de la provincia. Entre ellos, se hicieron presentes representantes de Concarán, Beazley, Zanjitas, Leandro N. Alem, Lafinur, Bagual, Batavia, Naschel, La Punilla, San Francisco, Nueva Galia y La Calera, San José del Morro, Carpintería, Los Molles, San Pablo, Las Lagunas y Anchorena. Por su parte, los intendentes de Santa Rosa del Conlara y San Jerónimo firmaron previamente, ya que no pudieron asistir a Terrazas del Portezuelo.

Los fondos

El dinero fue obtenido luego de que la provincia ganara dos juicios por deudas que Nación mantenía en materia de coparticipación. La suma comenzó a pagarse este año y se acordó que sea distribuida entre los distintos municipios de San Luis. Asimismo, el Ejecutivo provincial acordó duplicar el monto recibido para llevar adelante los proyectos sostenibles.

Según Rodríguez Saá el 22 de marzo pasado se reunió con las cabezas de los 64 municipios puntanos, donde les comunicó la oferta de participar en el Plan Desarrollo Sostenible. Finalmente, los beneficios alcanzarán solamente a la mitad de esos municipios.

El mandatario recordó que San Luis adhirió al Plan de Desarrollo Sostenible de las Naciones Unidas, con objetivos fijados en 2030. En este sentido, las obras que llevará adelante San Luis serán amigables con el medio ambiente. Algunas de las obras pueden empezar inmediatamente con mano de obra municipal, mientras que otras serán llamadas a licitación.
