Conquista de derechos: Anses reconocerá los aportes jubilatorios de las mujeres que hayan sido madres
Lo hará mediante el Programa de Reconocimiento de Aportes por Tareas de Cuidado, que reconoce el trabajo realizado por las mujeres dedicadas a la crianza de sus hijos.
Gran conquista de derechos para las mujeres que por años han trabajado en casa: a partir de hoy las madres de todo el país que estén en edad jubilatoria podrán solicitar ante Anses el Reconocimiento de Aportes por Tareas de Cuidado. Con este programa, le reconocerán hasta tres años de trabajo formal por cada hijo criado, para completar los años de aportes necesarios y jubilarse.
Según Anses con la medida 155.000 mujeres podrán acceder a una jubilación en los próximos meses. Las mujeres interesadas deberán sacar turno para asistir a una oficina de Anses usando el siguiente link: https://bit.ly/3xg4wOq. Los turnos serán asignados a partir de hoy.
Actualmente el 90% de los argentinos en edad jubilatoria cuenta con una cobertura previsional: se calcula que hay 6.8 millones de personas con goce de jubilación o pensión. Sin embargo, un número significativo del 10% es integrado por mujeres con hijos que trabajaron en relación de dependencia, que no completaron los 30 años de aportes debido al trabajo que demandaba la crianza de sus hijos. En este sentido, el programa buscará solucionar la situación de aquellas madres a las que les falten entre 1 y 3 años de aportes para jubilarse.
La directora de Anses, Fernanda Raverta, aseguró: «La pandemia echó luz sobre el trabajo que se hace dentro de nuestras casas que, en el 77% de los casos, está a cargo de las mujeres que, en promedio, dedican 6,4 horas al día a estos trabajos, casi una jornada laboral en llevar adelante tareas domésticas y de cuidado».
¿Cómo se asignan los años de jubilación?
El Gobierno reconocerá 1 año de aportes por hijo, 2 años en el caso de que fuera adoptado o que tuviera una discapacidad y 3 años en caso de que haya accedido a una Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH) por, al menos, 12 meses, a todas las argentinas que hayan sido madres.
Además, el Programa de Reconocimiento de Aportes por Tareas de Cuidado contempla los 3 meses de licencia por maternidad, y los 6 meses de excedencia por maternidad en los casos que se haya solicitado. También recordaron que la medida es compatible con las moratorias vigentes.
