Caso Laura Godoy: dictaron prisión preventiva a Cristian Alaniz
El único sospechoso de asesinar a la mujer de 32 años fue procesado la madrugada del domingo, a la espera de una sentencia.
Cristian Alaniz, acusado de ser el femicida de Laura Godoy, fue enviado a prisión preventiva la madrugada del domingo. Lo procesó la jueza Penal de Concarán, Patricia Besso. De esta forma, el femicida quedará detenido en el Servicio Penitenciario provincial hasta recibir una condena firme.
Alaniz, de 21 años, quedó imputado por el delito «homicidio agravado por el vínculo y por ser de un hombre hacia una mujer, mediando violencia de género». El joven confesó el asesinato mientras estaba detenido, horas después de que hallaran a Laura asesinada con claros signos de violencia. Aunque en primera instancia se negó a declarar ahora pidió dar testimonio, a horas del cierre de los plazos procesales.
La medida fue anunciada por el Poder Judicial mediante un comunicado. En el mismo se detalla que el procesamiento «tuvo en cuenta como agravante el vínculo de pareja que existió con Godoy y la situación de violencia a la que fue sometida durante la relación. A tales efectos, ordenó su traslado a la Penitenciaría de la ciudad de San Luis, donde cumplirá la prisión preventiva dispuesta en la causa».
Signos psicopáticos
Fueron el resultado de las pericias psicológicas y psiquiátricas al asesino, según explicó el abogado de la familia Godoy, Mario Mini. El jurista afirmó que Alaniz presentaba dichos signos «por haber cometido el crimen como si nada» y continuar con su vida cotidiana, aunque no brindó detalles del diagnóstico.
