La Toma: un joven baleado tras dejar inconsciente a un policía
El incidente ocurrió la madrugada del domingo, cuando el joven escapó de un control policial en un auto. Luego de golpear con un palo a un efectivo recibió varios perdigones de ithaca.
Los hechos del domingo a la madrugada en La Toma dejaron un policía con pérdida de conocimiento y un joven de 23 años con lesiones en la ingle derecha y varios disparos. Todo comenzó a las 00:45, cuando una patrulla recorría el pueblo para supervisar el cierre de los comercios tomeños e identificar a los vehículos que circulaban a esa hora.
Al llegar al cruce de Moreno y 9 de julio encontraron un VW Gol Trend color rojo: los ocupantes no quisieron ser detenidos y dieron inicio a una persecución hacia Avenida Belgrano. El patrullero, ocupado por el subjefe Sergio Pérez y el agente Juan Frías, siguió al vehículo hasta un patio en la calle Vicente Dupuy.
A su encuentro salió el agresor, identificado como Alex Galdino: tenía un palo en la mano y gritaba «Milicos hijos de puta, los voy a cagar matando». En ese momento golpeó a Pérez y lo dejó inconsciente en el suelo. Mientras tanto, el agente Frías intentaba disuadir a Galdino de no continuar con las agresiones. Ante la negativa el efectivo sacó su escopeta ithaca e hizo un disparo intimidatorio, que dejó herido al joven tomeño.
Frías subió a su compañero al móvil y se lo llevó a la guardia local. Pérez presentaba malestar y fuertes mareos, por lo que optaron trasladarlo a San Luis. Galdino, el joven de 23 años, también se presentó en la guardia por sus heridas, aunque no debió ser trasladado.
Comprobaron que el agresor ya tenía antecedentes por violar las restricciones y resistirse a la autoridad. Por el momento la causa fue caratulada como «atentado y resistencia a la autoridad seguido de lesiones” y quedará a cargo del Juzgado Correccional y Contravencional 1.
