El HCD San Luis avanza en la digitalización de expedientes
Esta mañana hubo convenio entre el Concejo Deliberante capitalino y la Municipalidad: dará paso a un proceso de renovación digital simultánea para acercarse aún más a los vecinos de la ciudad.
Esta mañana, el Presidente del Concejo Deliberante capitalino, Javier Suarez Ortiz, se reunió con el Secretario de Gobierno de la Municipalidad para firmar un convenio para lograr procedimientos administrativos comunes, transparentes, sistematizados e integrales que permitan su registro y digitalización.
El acuerdo pactado este miércoles tiene la finalidad de llevar los expedientes digitales municipales al Concejo. “Desde hace muchos años se viene intentando establecer este sistema para una mayor transparencia y eficacia”, expreso Javier Suárez Ortiz.
En tiempos de la era digital, caracterizados por la rapidez en las comunicaciones, ambas instituciones se comprometieron a realizar análisis y relevamientos previos en los próximos 3 meses para implementar la Plataforma Digital. El objetivo de ambas entidades es alcanzar un mayor nivel de resguardo en las informaciones, que a su vez la haga más accesible.
