PASO 2021: a partir de hoy quedan suspendidos los actos que busquen la captación de votos

De esta manera continúa el cronograma electoral de cara a los comicios del 12 de septiembre. El lunes finaliza el plazo para subsanar errores u omisiones en los padrones electorales.

La carrera electoral sigue su curso en todo el país y este miércoles marca una nueva etapa en el cronograma electoral: a partir de hoy las autoridades gubernamentales ya no podrán realizar actos públicos susceptibles de buscar votos. La medida fue establecida por la Cámara Nacional Electoral de cara a las Primarias, Abiertas, Simultáneas y Obligatorias -PASO-.

El próximo paso en el cronograma será este lunes: es el último día para subsanar errores u omisiones en el padrón electoral. Asimismo, el 2 de septiembre deberán estar destruidos los documentos cívicos de los ciudadanos fallecidos, para impedir participaciones ilícitas. El 4 del mismo mes ya se prohíbe la difusión de encuestas y sondeos en todo el país.

La normativa establece que el 10 de septiembre a las 8:00, dos días antes de las PASO, finalizará la campaña electoral: de este modo se da inicio a la veda electoral.

¿Cómo sigue luego de las PASO?

Desde la Cámara Nacional Electoral dispusieron el 30 de septiembre como la fecha de inicio formal de la campaña electoral de cara a las elecciones legislativas del 14 de noviembre. Por último, el 10 de octubre se habilita a los partidos para comenzar la campaña electoral en los medios de comunicación audiovisual.
