Dos hombres enviados a prisión por abusar sexualmente de menores
Se trata de dos causas diferentes, aunque la justicia dictaminó prisión preventiva para ambos abusadores. Uno tiene domicilio en San Luis, mientras el otro es vecino de Quines.
Este viernes fueron encarcelados dos hombres, de 37 y 38 años respectivamente, por abusar sexualmente de menores. La orden vino del juez Penal 1, Juan Manuel Montiveros Chada: el letrado subroga en el Juzgado Penal 3, donde suelen tramitarse las causas en la provincia.
Uno de los abusadores tiene 38 años y fue capturado cerca del paraje Cuenca Chica, a kilómetros de Nogolí. El hombre tiene domicilio en San Luis y se lo acusa del delito «abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante agravado por la convivencia preexistente».
Por su parte, el otro encarcelado tiene 37 años y es vecino de Quines. Sobre el pesa la acusación de “abuso sexual con acceso carnal agravado por la convivencia preexistente siendo la victima menor de edad”.
