Un policía y un joven fueron enviados a prisión por robarle a una vecina
Estaban acusados de ser complices del robo a una vecina de su zona. La orden de encarcelamiento preventivo fue dictada por el Juez de Instrucción Penal 2, Ariel Parrillis.
Esta mañana el Juez de Instrucción Penal 2, Ariel Parrillis, dictó prisión preventiva al oficial principal Néstor Damián Marchan y a Milton Pérez. Ambos están acusados de ser cómplices en el robo a una vecina del barrio Pabellón Argentino, cometido el pasado 12 de agosto. Marchan y Pérez irrumpieron en el departamento de la mujer y se llevaron elementos de valor.
Marchan, de 42 años, fue proceso por el delito “Robo simple agravado por ser integrante de la fuerza policial”. Por su parte, a Pérez lo acusaron de «Robo simple». Asimismo, al policía lo indagaron por «Portación ilegal de arma de fuego»: cuando lo detuvieron secuestraron un arma de fuego en su vehículo. Sin embargo, mediante documentación y testimonios de parientes, la defensa de Marchan probó que el arma pertenecía a un familiar fallecido.
El oficial fue puesto en disponibilidad luego del arresto, por orden del Jefe de la Policía, Darío Neira.
Detenciones
El policía fue detenido el mismo 12 de agosto al mediodía. Fue interceptado mientras circulaba en su VW Amarok: llevaba consigo dos televisores LCD, dos parlantes y un calefactor, además del arma de fuego.
Horas antes, cerca de las 6:30, ambos delincuentes habían sustraído esos elementos de la casa de una vecina en el barrio Pabellón Argentino. Los vecinos llamaron al 911 tras oír ruidos extraños, aunque minutos más tarde vieron a Pérez en las inmediaciones, llevando los electrodomésticos a la casa del oficial.
Aunque la vecina estaba ausente al momento del robo, las denuncias de vecinos iniciaron las investigaciones contra Pérez y Marchan. Este último fue visto mientras cargaba bultos en su camioneta: eran los elementos robados hacía minutos.
Milton Pérez fue detenido mientras caminaba por el barrio con vestimentas que concordaban con lo reportado por vecinos. Al requisarlo encontraron un celular que la vecina había denunciado como robado. Matías Farinazzo Tempestini, abogado defensor de Pérez, solicitó su excarcelación y evalúa la posibilidad de apelar el procesamiento.
