Abuso sexual: comienza el juicio para un hombre que abusó de su hija

El hombre está acusado de «Abuso sexual simple doblemente agravado por el vínculo y por la relación de convivencia». Su hija fue víctima de abusos en 3 ocasiones cuando tenía 16 años.

Este lunes un hombre de 52 años, identificado como A.M.G, será juzgado en la Cámara Penal 1 de la provincia: es por una causa que data de 2015, cuando lo acusaron de abusar sexualmente de su hija de 16 años. La pena sugerida por la Fiscalía de Instrucción es de 8 años: el abusador enfrenta cargos por «Abuso sexual simple doblemente agravado por el vínculo y por la relación de convivencia».

La madre de la víctima fue quien denunció: contó que los abusos se dieron cuando la joven iba con sus hermanos a la casa de los abuelos paternos, donde residía este hombre. Según explicó la madre, la joven un día llegó llorando y le confesó los abusos que su padre había cometido contra ella. Previamente la víctima le contó los hechos a un profesor de su colegio: el magistrado se lo comunicó a la directora de la institución, quien entrevistó a la joven y le sugirió que lo hable con su madre para hacer la denuncia.

Historial de abusos

La joven relató como fueron los abusos: el primer episodio ocurrió cuando su padre la llamó a una de las piezas de la casa donde vivía. Cuando la joven ingresó, su padre estaba tocándose los genitales mientras miraba pornografía. La obligó a tocarlo y mirar las imágenes. Mientras tanto, su hermano jugaba en el living con los auriculares puestos: nadie se percató.

El segundo abuso ocurrió cuando la joven circulaba con su padre en el auto, rumbo al lavadero: el hombre se detuvo en un campo y comenzó a manosearla por debajo de sus prendas íntimas. El tercer abuso ocurrió en la casa paterna: la casa estaba vacía cuando el hombre la tomó de los brazos, la arrojó en la cama y comenzó a manosearla. En esa ocasión la víctima pidió que la soltaran: cuando se libró del abusador corrió asustada hasta el patio trasero.

La joven explicó que no denunció antes los abusos por miedo. En primera instancia la víctima conversó con su hermana, aunque no le creyó. Le dijo que como algunas de sus amigas también habían sido abusadas por sus progenitores, ella inventó los hechos «para sentir que tenía algo en común con sus amigas».

Actualmente la mujer es mayor de edad, y fue entrevista por una psicóloga del Cuerpo Profesional Forense del Poder Judicial. La profesional sostuvo que la víctima cumple con los criterios de validación, demostrando que efectivamente hubo abuso sexual.
