Caso Guadalupe Lucero: la Justicia Federal inició una investigación paralela

Días atrás el Procurador General de la Nación interino, Eduardo Ezequiel Casal, designó a tres fiscales federales para que acompañen al fiscal Cristian Rachid. La solicitud de una investigación paralela fue planteada hace meses por el juez Ariel Parrillis, cuando comenzaron a surgir líneas de investigación vinculadas a delitos de competencia federal.

Hasta el momento la investigación para conocer el paradero de Guadalupe Belén Lucero, la niña de 5 años desaparecida en el barrio 544 viviendas de la capital provincial, solo era llevada adelante desde el Juzgado de Instrucción Penal N°2. Cuando surgió la hipótesis de un caso de trata de personas el juez a cargo de la causa, Ariel Parrillis, solicitó la intervención de la Justicia Federal.

En este sentido,  el Procurador General de la Nación interino, Eduardo Ezequiel Casal, designó hace días a tres fiscales federales para acompañar a Cristian Rachid, fiscal federal que subroga en San Luis. Los elegidos fueron los titulares de la Procuraduría de Trata y Explotación de Personas -PROTEX- Marcelo Colombo y Alejandra Mángano, y al Fiscal Federal Leonel Gómez Barbella.

Tras la conformación del equipo, desde la Justicia Federal abrieron una investigación paralela para tener indicios sobre el paradero de la niña. Los 60 cuerpos que constituyen el expediente de la causa ya fueron facilitados por la justicia provincial, con el objetivo de seguir, cerrar, descartar o analizar las diferentes líneas de investigación.
