La muerte de la mujer de 26 años que saltó de un Transpuntano en movimiento fue confirmada la noche del lunes por el jefe de Accidentología Vial, Ismael Sosa. Había permanecido internada desde el jueves 22.

Marcela Ayelén Jofré, la mujer de 26 años que saltó de un Transpuntano en movimiento la semana pasada, murió internada en terapia intensiva en el Hospital San Luis. La joven había ingresado en el nosocomio luego del accidente ocurrido en Avenida Santos Ortíz. El deceso se produjo el lunes a las 20:00, según confirmó Ismael Sosa, jefe de Accidentología Vial.

Según informó Sosa, Jofré era la única pasajera del colectivo al momento del accidente. La unidad de Transpuntano se dirigía hacia Ediro, dirección poco habitual aunque obligada por los cortes generados por una obra vial.

Las extrañas circunstancias del accidente fueron relatadas por la Policía. “Una vez que hizo la parte del puente, frente a la agencia de autos Mediterráneo, el colectivo se disponía a cruzar al carril rápido, a la mano izquierda, para retomar la rotonda. Ella iba en los asientos de la parte media. En un determinado momento, según dice el chofer, la chica se paró y le preguntó a dónde iba, como que se extravió. Le dijo que no se sentía bien, que quería vomitar, y él abrió la puerta, como para que vomitara, y en ese momento ella se arrojó del colectivo”, explicó Ismael Sosa.

La caída le provocó golpes severos en la cabeza, y no pudo sobrevivir aunque fue asistida en el acto. La madre de Jofré informó que la joven padecía ataques de pánico después de ser asaltada en la calle: estiman que la víctima podría haber atravesado un ataque al momento del accidente.

Por su parte, el conductor quedó en shock tras lo sucedido y también fue visto por personal de salud, aunque se encuentra en buen estado de salud.
