Tras 411 días, San Luis volvió a tener un día sin casos detectados de Covid-19

La última vez que no se registraron casos fue el 25 de agosto de 2020. Actualmente, en la provincia solo hay 51 pacientes detectados que atraviesan un contagio.

Más de un año, 411 días precisamente, transcurrieron para que San Luis vuelva a tener un día sin contagios detectados de Coronavirus. Lejano había quedado aquel 25 de agosto, aunque la merma permanente en los casos que hace semanas atraviesan tierras puntanas ya acercó el estado de cosas a la normalidad previa a la pandemia.

Ayer lunes se analizaron 1050 muestras, aunque no encontraron casos positivos. Actualmente, solo hay 51 personas registradas atravesando un contagio de Covid-19 en San Luis: hay 4 en terapia intensiva, de las cuales 2 precisan asistencia respiratoria mecánica.

Aunque sabemos que un día sin detectar contagios no significa el fin de la pandemia, si nos permite frenar el reloj y mirar hacia atrás: desde la llegada del Covid-19 a la provincia se contabilizaron 91.328 casos. 89.863 personas recibieron el alta y 1.414 fallecieron.

¿Y la vacunación?

El Comité de Crisis asegura que 395.914 personas se inscribieron para vacunarse: 356.865 son mayores de 18 años y 39.049 menores. A la fecha se aplicaron 667.665 dosis -361.190 del primer componente y 306.475 del segundo-. Entre el día domingo y lunes, 3.017 personas recibieron la vacuna en San Luis.
