Una joven de Villa Mercedes denunció que abusaron sexualmente de ella
La víctima relató que tras tener relaciones sexuales consentidas con el diputado Gustavo Morales fue dejada a merced de Yamil Ismael Amer, quien abusó sexualmente de ella.
A comienzos de la semana pasada, una mujer de Villa Mercedes denunció en la Comisaría 10° haber sufrido abusos por parte de un amigo del diputado Gustavo Morales, luego de tener relaciones sexuales consentidas con el legislador. El hecho causó gran revuelo en la provincia y la exposición mediática fue uno de los motivos por los que la víctima dudaba si presentar su denuncia en la justicia. Finalmente lo hizo el pasado viernes, cuando se presentó a ratificar los abusos en el Juzgado Penal N° 2 de Villa Mercedes.
La mujer relató que luego de tener relaciones con Morales quedó tendida en la cama en estado de ebriedad. Sin embargo, al despertarse se encontró con Yamil Ismael Amer, amigo del legislador, quien la sometió. La víctima dio a entender que el legislador la dejó en manos del abusador, ya que Amer le explicó que Morales sostuvo que podía hacer lo que quisiera con ella.
En la audiencia, la joven le comentó al juez Leandro Estrada que temía por ella ya que el incidente incluía a una figura pública. El abogado de la joven, Emmanuel Correa Otazú, puso a disposición de la justicia el celular de la víctima para avanzar con los peritajes. «En el teléfono están no solo las conversaciones previas y posteriores al ataque, que demuestran lo que relató la chica, sino también los mensajes que le hacen suponer a ella que Morales tuvo la intención de enviar a un tercero para chantajearla y que no dijera nada», afirmó el abogado.

La mujer narró que el domingo 17 se encontró a las 22 con una amiga en la YPF situada en Ruta 8 y Presidente Perón. Tomó cerveza con ella hasta la 1:30, cuando recibió un mensaje de otra amiga diciendo que la esperaba en el restaurante El Viejo Molina. Le comentaron que también se encontraba Morales, a quien la víctima conocía por haber sido promotora en Barrio Bajo, boliche propiedad del diputado. Morales le envió mensajes de voz diciéndole que se tome un remis hasta el local ubicado en Lavalle y Tucumán.
Al llegar al local se encontró con su amiga, Morales y Amer, a quien no conocía. Estuvieron bebiendo cerveza y fernet hasta las 2:30, cuando la amiga se fue. En ese momento Amer invitó a la víctima y Morales a seguir bebiendo en su departamento del barrio 960 viviendas. «Al llegar, compartimos unos tragos. Bailamos. Me embriagué y pasadas las cuatro me acosté ahí con ayuda de Gustavo», contó la mujer.
Tras tener relaciones sexuales con Morales la joven se durmió. Pero al despertarse encontró a Amer encima de ella. . “No entendía nada. Me asusté y le dije: ‘Pará ¿qué estás haciendo?'», relató. Cuando la mujer quiso averiguar que estaba pasando el abusador le confesó que Morales le dijo que podía hacer «lo que quisiera» con la mujer, y luego abusó sexualmente de ella.
