Se trata de la perito que le practicó la autopsia y el médico clínico que lo recibió en el Hospital del Sur la noche en que falleció Jonathan. La víctima tenía 18 años al momento de morir, hace 2 años.

Este martes continúan los juicios contra los tres jóvenes imputados por el homicidio de Jonathan Luciano Magallanes, un joven de 18 años que fue asesinado con disparos a quemarropa hace 2 años. El caso será tratado este martes en la Cámara del Crimen 2 de San Luis: declaran hoy testigos presenciales, la perito que practicó la autopsia al cuerpo de la víctima y el médico que recibió a Magallanes en el Hospital del Sur la noche en que murió.

Los imputados por el caso son 3 jóvenes de la ciudad de San Luis: Iván Soria, Rodrigo Tejada y Luciano Velázquez. La querella apuntó a este último como el autor material de los disparos y solicitó una pena de 22 años para el. Soria y Tejada fueron señalados como participes necesarios, y la pena sugerida es de 20 años. Los tres circulaban en moto la noche en que asesinaron a Jonathan, el 4 de octubre de 2019.

La primer audiencia se realizó el jueves pasado, y contó con la declaración del padrastro del joven -el denunciante- y la novia de la víctima. También participó un amigo del fallecido y el Subcomisario Diego Albornoz, del Departamento Homicidios. Ninguno de los imputados quiso hacer uso de su derecho a declarar.

Los hechos

Cristóbal Alex Ibáñez, abogado querellante, narró las circunstancias que terminaron en la muerte del joven de 18 años. Él estaba en un kiosco cuando escuchó los disparos, él salió a ver qué pasaba cuando de repente aparecieron dos motos, una era manejada por Soria y la otra por Tejada. Y Velázquez, que iba sentado atrás de uno de los rodados, le disparó a quemarropa, a unos 50 centímetros de distancia. La médica forense Patricia Gallardo, cuando declare, va a dar detalles de esa lesión”, expresó.

Aparentemente, los imputados mantenían conflictos con los vecinos del barrio 200 Viviendas: dos meses antes la madre de Magallanes habían denunciado a Soria y Tejada por daños y amenazas. Aquella noche los acusados habían recorrido el barrio en dos motos de baja cilindrada, amenazando a los vecinos. Cerca de las 23:30 cruzaron a Magallanes en una esquina lindante a un descampado: le dieron un disparo en el tórax a quemarropa y murió minutos después.
