Caso Jonathan Magallanes: cuatro testigos acusaron a Velázquez como el autor material de los disparos

7 testigos declararon esta semana en el juicio por el homicidio de Jonathan Magallanes, un joven de 18 años que murió baleado. Los 4 testigos que acusaron a «Chucho» Velázquez estaban en un kiosco cercano cuando vieron los disparos.

Esta semana continuó el debate oral por el homicidio de Jonathan Luciano Magallanes, el vecino del barrio 200 viviendas que murió baleado el 4 de octubre a manos de un grupo de jóvenes en moto. La audiencia del martes contó con la declaración de 7 testigos: entre ellos estaban el médico que recibió a Magallanes en el Hospital del Sur y la perito que practicó la autopsia al cuerpo del joven de 18 años.

4 de los testigos convocados eran amigos de Magallanes, quienes vieron como era abatido desde kiosco cercano al descampado donde murió. Los 4 consultados apuntaron contra «Chucho» Velázquez como el autor material del homicidio, ya que habría sido quien efectuó los disparos.

Los jóvenes relataron que vieron las dos motos bajar por el barrio Padre Mugica: en una iban Rodrigo Tejada y «Chucho» Velázquez, presunto autor de los disparos. En la otra iba un joven llamado Iván Soria. Los testigos afirmaron que primero pasaron una vez por la zona, como «relojeando», y en la segunda pasada comenzaron a disparar sin mediar palabras. Según el relato, algunos vecinos se escondieron tras los postes y corrían, mientras que otros se enfrentaron a pedradas con los imputados. En total pasaron unas 5 o 6 veces por la zona, explicó uno de los testigos.

Los amigos del fallecido contaron que Magallanes apareció de repente y cuando fue divisado por los agresores le dispararon. Caminó un par de pasos y se desvaneció en un descampado cercano. Cuando los amigos notaron que se trataba de el, mandaron a Maicol Molina a dar aviso a su madre mientras llevaban al joven malherido en el auto de su padrastro al Hospital del Sur.

El mismo Molina contó que cuando se dirigía a su casa una de las motos regresó. A bordo iban Soria y Velázquez, quien disparó en el rostro de Molina. El joven declaró que el disparo casi le hace perder la vista, aunque su madre eligió no radicar la denuncia porque ya habían tenido inconvenientes con estos agresores.
