Prisión para el hombre que violó al hijo de la familia que lo cobijó en San Luis

Jesús Viña fue procesado por el Juzgado de Instrucción Penal N° 2, a cargo del juez Ariel Parrillis. Tenía antecedentes por causas similares en Buenos Aires.

Luego de su detención el 7 de noviembre, Jesús Viña fue procesado y enviado a prisión preventiva en la provincia. El Juzgado de Instrucción Penal N°2, a cargo del juez Ariel Parrillis, lo investiga por violar al hijo de 7 años de la familia que le dio cobijo en San Luis, ya que Viña se encontraba en situación de calle.

Sobre el hombre de 36 años también recaen las sospechas respecto a si abusó sexualmente del hermano más pequeño de la familia, de unos 4 años. La búsqueda de antecedentes arrojó que Viña era investigado por denuncias de dos abusos en Buenos Aires: se lo acusa de haber abusado sexualmente de su hija biológica de 10 años, y su hijastra de 7. En el último caso los ultrajes fueron más graves, ya que incluyeron acceso carnal en reiteradas ocasiones.

El Departamento de Investigaciones de la Unidad Regional del Órden Público I -UROP- informó que el abusador fue trasladado ayer miércoles al Servicio Penitenciario Provincial, mientras espera una condena firme.
