Autoridades de la UNViMe se reunieron con miembros del Tribunal Superior de Justicia
Este jueves por la mañana el Secretario General de la UNViMe, Mg. Gastón Garialde, y un grupo de funcionarios de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud, participaron de una reunión con miembros del Poder Judicial, a los fines de diagramar las acciones necesarias tendientes a concretar un convenio marco, entre cuyos puntos destacados se destaca, gestionar la instalación de un “Laboratorio Húmedo”, destinado a llevar adelante actividades prácticas con los estudiantes de Medicina.
Dicho encuentro tuvo lugar en la sala de reuniones del Poder Judicial de la ciudad de Villa Mercedes, donde los miembros de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud expusieron, por un lado, las particularidades de la carrera de Medicina que dicta la universidad y, por otro, la necesidad de disponer de un marco legal formal para la puesta en marcha de un Laboratorio Húmedo de Anatomía Humana (morgue).
Este último supone el uso del citado laboratorio en el marco de una reglamentación de tanatolegislación, que es el conjunto de normas jurídicas que se encargan de regular todo lo relativo al cadáver, en relación con los procedimientos administrativos y judiciales procedentes para la inhumación o exhumación del cadáver. Normativa que debe trabajarse en el ámbito del STJ y del Poder Legislativo.
En representación de la universidad participaron la Directora de la Escuela de Ciencias de la Salud, Lic. Vanesa Casano; el Coordinador de Medicina, Dr. Humberto Llanos, y la Técnica María Gloria Fascioli, recientemente incorporada al equipo de dicha escuela en el Laboratorio de Anatomía Humana.
Por parte del Poder Judicial estuvieron presentes el presidente del organismo, Dr. Jorge Levingston, quien se encontraba acompañado por las ministras, Dras. Cecilia Chada y Carolina Monte Risso, y el Procurador, Dr. Luis Martinez.
