San Juan: capturaron a un sospechoso por el homicidio de Carlos Vallejos
El hombre de apellido Oviedo será extraditado a San Luis y puesto a disposición del juez Penal 2, Ariel Parrillis. Dos mujeres ya fueron procesadas por la causa.
La Policía de San Luis capturó a un hombre buscado por el homicidio de Carlos Vallejos. Al sospechoso lo detuvieron en San Juan y ahora la justicia deberá extraditarlo a San Luis, donde quedará a disposición del juez Penal N° 2, Ariel Parrillis.
Dos mujeres, hermanas del detenido, ya fueron procesadas por la causa: Brisa Abigail Oviedo y Valentina Lourdes Oviedo, de 22 y 21 años respectivamente. Parrillis procesó a ambas por el delito “Homicidio doblemente calificado por ser criminis causa y por el concurso premeditado de dos o más personas”. El hombre era el tercer sospechoso en cuestión, aunque la policía no podía dar con el en la provincia.
Vallejos tenía 58 y fue denunciado como desaparecido el 17 de febrero. Su hija radicó la denuncia en la Comisaría 4° de San Luis, y explicó que no tenían noticias suyas desde el 12 de ese mes, cuando se extravió su Fiat Fiorino. El vehículo fue hallado días después en calle Don Bosco al 1800, aunque Carlos no estaba ahí.
El 28 de febrero un baqueano halló el cuerpo sin vida de Vallejos en la ruta Pescadores: el cuerpo estaba en estado de putrefacción a unos 6 metros de la calzada. El examen de ADN confirmó la identidad del fallecido, dando inicio a la investigación por homicidio.
