Un hombre reconoció haber abusado de su sobrina
Ocurrió en la Cámara del Crimen N° 2 en San Luis. El imputado, de 28 años, estaba acusado de abusar sexualmente de su sobrina cuando la menor tenía 5 y 6 años.
La Cámara del Crimen N° 2 fue testigo de como un abusador reconocía los cargos que pesaban sobre el. Se trata de un hombre de 28 años, cuya identidad no trascendió: tras la requisitoria del fiscal Esteban Roche el imputado se confesó. “Me hago responsable del hecho y del daño que le he provocado a esa niña. Trato de pensar por qué lo hice y no encuentro la manera de explicarlo. Le pido perdón a esa chica y a mi familia. Estudio y hago tratamientos psicológicos, hago todo lo posible para salir adelante, quiero que eso lo tengan en cuenta”, declaró ante el tribunal.
Los abusos ocurrieron en 2012 en casa del acusado, vecino del barrio Telepostal de la capital. Esteban Roche acusó al hombre de haber abusado al menos dos veces de la pequeña. La niña, que tenía entre 5 y 6 años, era obligada a practicarle sexo oral y darle besos en la boca al abusador, a cambios de premios y promesas. Tras analizar las pruebas recolectadas en la causa, Roche solicitó una pena de 11 años por el delito “Abuso sexual gravemente ultrajante en concurso con el delito de corrupción de menores agravada por mediar intimidación”.
La madre de la pequeña recordó que al momento de los abusos vivían en la casa del abusador, junto a su familia. Un día no encontraba a la pequeña en la casa hasta que la vio salir de la pieza de su tío. Al consultarle que había ocurrido, la pequeña confesó que había tenido que besar al hombre. En aquel momento dejaron la casa y presentaron una denuncia, que no prosperó por tratarse de «solo un beso».
Luego, en 2019, la madre encontró una conversación en la que su hija le confesaba a un amigo que su tío había abusado de ella cuando tenía unos 5 años. Volvió a presentar una denuncia y la causa avanzó en la justicia: cuando revisaron el historial del navegador de la computadora del imputado encontraron varios resultados de pornografía infantil.
Este viernes terminarán de declarar los testigos. Tras los alegatos de Fernando Rodríguez, fiscal de Cámara 2; la defensora de Niñez y Adolescencia e Incapaces 2, Marcela Torres Cappiello; y el defensor oficial de Cámara, Esteban Sala; el tribunal dará su veredicto.
